| 2 | Consultancy services for condition assessment and issue of structural stability certificates for SGP, Suphala Bagging, ANP Bagging, Urea bagging, Suphala DBN, Methenol and Storage, MP and HP nitric Acid, STP, ETP plant in RCF factory at Chembur, Mumbai-74, As per following scope: The structural audit shall be carried out for following plants, SGP, Suphala Bagging, ANP Bagging, Urea bagging, Suphala DBN, Methenol and Storage, MP and HP nitric Acid, STP, ETP plant. The work will be carried out following stages, a) Preliminary inspection, b) Planning, c) Visual inspection, d) Field and Laboratory testing, e) Issue of stability certificate. 1. Preliminary Inspection: All possible relevant data & information of the structures shall be collected. Extent and quantum of field survey shall be decided. 2. Planning: This involves preparation of field documents, grouping of structural members and classification of damage.3. Visual Inspection: All the structures (RCC & Steel) shall be visually inspected. Planning for N.D. Tests shall be done based on visual inspection.4. Field and Laboratory testing: Conducting Non-destructive Tests such as Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity Test, Rebound Hammer test, Carbonation test, Chloride test, Half-cell potentiometer Test, Crack width measurement. Destructive tests like Core testing. All the tests shall be undertaken on selective basis on representative structural members.5. Carry out necessary testing (Min) as per detail scope of work (clause 12.0 of GTCC)6. Issue of stability certificate: Based on the Visual inspection and various tests, structural stability certificate as per prescribed format and having validity of Five years shall be issued. In case any structure requires intensive repairs, then provisional stability certificate having validity of one year shall be issued. After completion of suggested repairs, stability certificate for five years is to be issued. |
