| 1 | CLEANING AT MAIN GATES OF DEPOT AND CLEANING OF AREA INSIDE THE DEPOT PREMISES (LICENSED AREA) INCLUDING GRASS CUTTING & DISPOSAL AT UNOBJECTABLE /DESIGNATED PLACE. |
| 2 | Cleaning / Disposing the rubbish items, creepers, vegetation and other waste materials from the area between Depot approach road from PB Road to Main gate and keeping this area neat, tidy and also ensure cleaning of the drains, surrounding area of Security main gate, Depot main entry/exit gate, security cabin, cleaning of TT crew waiting room and maintaining them neat and tidy on daily basis.Cleaning / Disposing dry leaves, grass, Solid wastes, Debris and other rubbish materials if any, removal of weeds/creepers from Boundary wall & chain link fencings, Applying weedicide after removal of grass from the area, cleaning oil spillage with sand in all operating locations like TLF shed, TW Siding, Entire tank farm area, stores, pump houses & electrical room, other areas as required if any. Cleaning of internal roads of depot continuously throughout the year and keeping the depot area clean and tidy as per the directions of the Duty Officer/Depot Manager. Consumable items to be arranged by Contractor and claimed (To be claimed in Work schedule item no.32) with valid invoice & gate passes etc- On daily basis and on non-execution of jobs a proportionate amount will be deducted from bill or same will be carried out by other Agency/Vendor under Risk and cost of Contractor without Compromising Housekeeping of the Depot. |
| 3 | Cleaning & upkeep of all toilets of Admin Buildings, Conference Hall, Canteen block, TW siding area & Customer Care Centre etc throughout the day. Cleaning & upkeep of admin building area floor, window glass and all area throughout the day and also upkeep of Admin building surrounding Area throughout the day for ensuring good ambience & housekeeping at work place.* ARRANGING OF EXTRA MANPOWER IF REQUIRED FOR DEPOT ACTIVITIES, ON PREVAILING MINIMUM WAGE RATES (TO BE PAID BY IOC) AS APPLICABLE TIME TO TIME , ON APPROVAL OF LOCATION IN CHARGE ON NEED BASISFOR CARRYING OUT ANY URGENT DEPOT WORKS/NEED BASIS JOBS, IF ANY.THIS IS REQUIRED ON NEED BASIS AND EXTRA PAYMENT WILL BE MADE AS PER MARKET PREVAILING RATE. |

| 5 | CLEANING & UPKEEP OF BUILDINGS :Daily Sweeping, Cleaning and disposing of debris and other rubbish of any nature in the Office building, Security room, Customer Care room, Lock room, Control room, PMCC room, Generator rooms, Sample room, Fire Pump House, TW siding room , TT crew rest room, Foam Pump House, Blue Dye Shed and any others room as desired etc leaning, Dusting all tables, chairs, furniture’s and stationery records racks in the office building including lockers and cup boards and Cleaning PC Room,dusting of the windows, removal of cob - Web if any - on daily basis. EXTERNAL / INTERNAL CLEANING of Windows, Doors, Sills, Plinth, Grills, Panels, fans, light shades, stairs, terrace in the office building, Customer Care room, TLF entry point Room, Control room, Security room, Sample room, TLF shed complete, TW Siding room including weed removal and sealing the area with specific chemicals.-on weekly basis/time to time for the upkeep of location buildings. |
| 6 | SANITATIONS & CLEANING WITH REQUIRED MATERAILS ARRANGEMENT ON TIME TO TIME.Cleaning of all lavatories, Bath Rooms, Toilets in the Depot (including TTPA, Control Room, Canteen Bldg, admin building, customer care centre, TW Siding room etc, attending to chocked drains in all the toilets keeping the sanitary equipment’s clean, dry throughout the year. Consumables to be arranged by Contractor and claimed from IOCL (To be claimed in Work schedule item no.32) on actual purchase materials with valid gate pass entry at Depot - On daily basis.Regular Sanitizations of all lavatories, Bath Rooms, Toilets in the Depot (including TTPA,Control Room, Canteen Bldg,admin building, Customer Care Room, TW Siding room, Tank Trucks/Vehicles entering the Depot premises using Sodium Hypochlorite/Sanitizer/Bleaching powder with water/as advised time to time/through the year.(Consumables Sodium Hypochlorite / Bleaching powder/ Any suitable material to be arranged by Contractor at the cost of IOCL(To be claimed in Work schedule item no.32)) - On daily basis. |
| 7 | GRASS CUTTING IN DE-LICENSED AREA AND DISPOSAL:Cutting & removinggrass shrubs and other vegetation inthe de licensed area-scrap yard , around the peripheral road , car parking area , around admin building, greenfield area and area around boundary wall , area around the pump house, generator room, PMCC Room, Fire pump house, Water tank farm area and disposing the same outside depot premises, removal of weeds/creepers from Boundary wall & chain link fencings, Applying weedicide and keeping the area neat & tidy (Consumables to be arranged by Contractor at the cost of IOCL(To be claimed in Work schedule item no.32) on actual purchase materials with valid gate pass entry at Depot) - As and when Directed. |
| 8 | DOCUMENTATIONS AND UP KEEPING RECORDS: Sorting out the bank instruments/pay-in slip Customer Care Room epositing in the bank and obtaining the acknowledgements as per the rules of the corporation on day-to-day basis .Sorting of AC4/AC5 challans and arranging serially acknowledged copies. sorting out the system generated and other documents and filling in sequential order, marking with markers and accessing records for photocopies., ensuring proper maintenance & availability of Office records at any given point of time, hard bound binding of documents after segregation. All others officials documents filing in respective files/cabin etcon daily basis. |
| 9 | MISCELLANEOUS/RELATED WORKS :(A)Obtaining DDs Surrendering/obtaining RRs to/from Railways in respect of T/w receipt/despatches. Handing over of the forwarding notes, various documents and depositing of credit notes with Railways. Payment of Electricity/Telephone bills, other bills if any & obtaining receipts, Withdrawing cash from Bank for imprest , handing over of DAK at Courier Office, post office, Payment of Service Tax/Income TDS payments to bank & filing of quarterly/fortnightly returns etc.- On daily basis(B)Minor odd jobs in office including purchase and serving of soft drinks, tea/snacks & other materials from market for official uses if any. Purchasing Food from Hotels/snacks if any & serving to visitors or employees as directed on need basis (expenses reimbursed)-As and when required. Sorting and despatching the couriers, Picking couriers from various offices, envelopesand maintaining the mail register as per the advice. Arranging Fresh drinking water to specified places inside depot gantry & others area as required if any- on daily basis |
| 10 | WATER WASHING OF BUILDING & CANTEEN CLEANING WITH FLOOR CLEANER/SOAP SOLLUTION/PHENOL ETCWater washing the premises of Office, Security room, customer care centre, Lock room, TLF area. Canteen cleaning- Cleaning with water using phenol/soap water of Full canteen floor area, Service area, Kitchen, Canteen storerooms, Wash basins, LPG cylinder room, including walls and ceilings- on regular basis. Cleaning Drinking water tanks of office, canteen, TT crew rest room, Rly siding room with bleaching powder or suitable material etc- on Monthly basis. |
| 11 | UNLOADING OF TANK WAGONS BTPN /BTFLN / CONVENTIONAL WAGONS. Work includes checking of seals on placement of rake, required QC sampling of TWs, connection of3\"/4\" Hoses to TW & unloading points, connecting proper earthings/ bonding to hoses and wagons, proper disconnection & dummying endof hoses & risers after unloading safely, safe keeping of Hoses on stand/designation places, emptying out all cut barrels, buckets, ensuring safety of the premises throughout the operations/related jobs which are required to ensure safety and as advised time to time by Depot Officials, refitting /removal of TW fittings as advised by TW duty Officer time to time and all TW unloading related jobs with Safety and Required Complete housekeeping jobs at Railway Siding Area including removal and keeping nut bolts, gaskets, seals etc properly at proper places and sweeping the area to keep area Neat and Clean on regular basis to upkeep the siding area neat & clean. The Rake decantation to be started on placement of RAKE at any time throughout the day non-execution of jobs will attract deduction of proportionate amount from the bill or same will be carried out by other Agency/Vendor under Risk and cost of Contractorwithout Compromising Housekeeping and Safety of Depot. |

| 15 | HANDLING/ UNLOADING OF BARRELS AT P/H, EPMCC ROOM, FIRE ENGINE ROOM OR ANY OTHER PLACES INSIDE DEPOT Collecting the required number of barrels of product for DG/Fire Engine use, transporting the filled barrels from TLF to generators and fire pump engines and empty barrels to be stacked as necessary as per instructions of the Officer.Unloading of products in barrels at P/H or any barrels (Foam, Sanitizers, Sodium hypocloride etc) shifting whenever required- As and when Directed. |
| 16 | HANDLING OF BARRELS (ADDITIVES/CHEMICALS)/TOPPING UP FOAM/ADDITIVE ETCTransporting/shifting of required chemical in barrels (BLUE DYES/XP ADDITIVES/FOAM ETC) from storage godown /Other places to Product Pump House/Unloading Point/Foam Pump House/WCFMs & hydrant points/ to spots where it is required. Shifting anti-oxidants /dorf/RON Booster/ TLF any other additive/XP premium to storage tank at PPH and stacking back as per the instructions of the officer/guidelines or similar kind of jobs including refuelling of Foam tank trolley through Foam pump house as required on time to time basis- As and when Directed. |

| 20 | STAGNATED WATER - DRAINS CLEANINGCleaning/ Disposing sits and sludge from all the drains of the tank farm and its sump, storm water drain, drains around admin building, drain b/w TTPA & boundary wall connecting up to emergency gate, drains inside the depot premises as directed by the duty officer and keeping all the sumps and drains dry and clean from time to time- On monthly basis. Regular cleaning of circular drains and sumps of Tank Farm area to be ensured. |
| 21 | OIL WATER SEPARATORS CLEANING & SALVAGINGCleaning and skimming the oil from all the OWSs manually or by operating Skimmer pump, collecting the same in barrel and decanting into pump house or TLF sump / back to the tanks and stacking back the empty barrel to designated place from all the OWSs inside the Depot. Cleaning and monthly sampling services to be provided for all OWSs on time-to-time basis even if location of OWS is changed in near future. On Quarterly basis and as and when required. |

Maintenance of gardening & Lawn etc along with trimming of Lawn/Garden as applicable time to time periodically (monthly) or as and when required for upkeep of garden properly. (Fertilisers, plants, seeds & other materials to be arranged by contractor on claimable basis based on gate pass & invoice etc on actual with valid security gate pass and utilization thereof), all gardens need to be maintained well for beatification of Depot for good aesthetic of Depot premises. |

| 32 | i) Cleaning of storage tanks by transferringthe dead stock into another tank by connecting 100mm/200mm hoses, collecting the remaining product in barrels and transferring to sump and sucking back the same, opening the tank man-hole covers (shell & top) , removing inlet/outlet spool-pieces, flushing the tank interior with water/spreading sawdust on the bottom plate and cleaning to expose all the bottom plate joints, collecting the used saw dust and sludge in barrels in safe place/sludge pit, providing man power for sketch of bottom plate arrangement etc. complete as directed, for tanks of sizes mentioned below . (Cost includes all labour material, lead lift etc. . Barrels & water to be supplied by IOC). |

Segregation of scraps into LOT based on its type and ensuring good housekeeping in the area through out the year. In case of shifting of heavy materials, Hydra/ Other tools to be provided by IOC.Assisting during upliftment of scrap shall also be part of this work as and when it takes place-As and when directed |
