(A) The following tests are to be carried outfor condition monitoring of100 MVA Transformers at 220 kV S/s Piran Kaliyar: i) Capacitance & Tan Delta of Bushings & Windings.ii) Turns ratio at each tap. iii) Vector group test.iv) Short circuit impedence test.v) Magnetizising current on each Tap. vi) Magnetic balance test.vii) Winding resistance at all taps.viii) IR & PI Test. ix) Sweep Frequency Response Analaysis (SFRA) test & Mechnical assesmnent.x) Moisture assesment & deielectric analysis of windings insulation ( FDS measurement). xi) Frequency Response on Stray Load (FRSL) test. xii) Leakage reacactance & Impedence Measurement. xiii) Dymnamic Contact resistance test for OLTC performance Checkxiv) on the Acoutic Partial dis charge test by Multi channel sensor and PD localization. xv) Thermography Measurement,Noise measuremnet and vibration measurement test.Oil test from NABL approved Lab.General oil test as per IS 1866:2000 (resistivity, tandelta, B.D.V , Water content PPM, IFT, Acidity, Flashpoint and sludge content). DGA as per relvent IECand Furan Anlysis.
