Work Order Period: 4 years ( 2 years+ 2 years) .After completion of 2 years , work order will be extended for another 2 years with mutual consent at the same terms & conditions of the contract.Escalation @12% is considered year on year. Work order value for 2nd year will be 12%higher than the work order value of 1st year, work order for 3rd year will be 12% higher than the work order value of 2ndyear and so on.For scope of work & terms & conditions & detailed schedule of works , bidders are requested to refer Tender document .
