Tabk: cylindrical type shape, fabricated from M.S. Plate of 5mm thickness, both dish end fabricated from M.S. Plate of 8mm thickness, completed with 18\" dia manhole, ladder, sludge trap and 12\" dia open able back door. A full length content level indicator pipe should be provided from the slude component. Trailer: 2 wheeled made from 4\"x2\" M.S. channel with draw bar fabricated from the same section along with a front wheel for easy turning and eyehook. Leaf spring: Qty= 2 set (1set comprise of 8 nos. spring leaves of different sizes), Brand: TATA. Rim, Tyre & Tube: Two nos. heavy duty rims(750-16) along with tyre and tube set (Brand: MRF/CEAT/JK) fitted with 205\" sqare M.S. Axle. Sludge trap is to be fitted externally with the main tank to protect the pump from contamination by the content of the tank during operation. Loading and sidcharging valve: 3\" Ball valve with riser pipe should be provided at the rear side of the tank. A riser pipe for loading purpose should be provided within the tank overthe loading valve to release down ward pressure of the contents while loading is going on. this riser pipe is also used for accretion when tank is particularly filled with water or sludge. Paint: inside of the tank finished with bitunious paint over anti-corrosive primer and outside with synthetic enamel paint. All fabrication metal shall be TALA/SAIL make.
