3Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil including moorum, stony earth mixed with boulders (except sheet rocks and boulders requiring blasting) with all leads and lifts including dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour and T&P and dewatering if required for the works etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
4Supplying, filling in foundation and plinth with sand in 22.5 cm (9”) thick layers including watering and ramming with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of sand with labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete (Measurement will be taken on finished compacted section only).
5Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm (1 ½”) size clean hard black crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15 cm. (6”) thick to the required level ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with all labour, cess and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect.
6Fly Ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in F & P using fly ash bricks of23cm x 11cm x 8cm size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ± 2% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering and corbelling and similar such type of works with all necessary projections watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with all labour, cess and T&P required for the work complete in all respect in all floors
7R.C.C. work of M-20 Grade with 20mm and down graded b.h.c.b.g. chips including hoisting and laying.
8R.C.C. work of M-20 Grade with 20mm and down graded b.h.c.b.g. chips including hoisting and laying.
9R.C.C. work of M-20 Grade with 20mm and down graded b.h.c.b.g. chips including hoisting and laying.
10Supplying, fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specification

1316mm (5/8”) thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to inside roughsurface of9”/10” thick brick walls after raking out the joints including watering and curing with cost with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete.
14Painting two coats with weather seal coat paint over a coat of primer with water bound cement paint including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour and T&P etc. complete
15Providing, supplying, fitting & fixing of M.S. grills made out of M.S. flat confirming to IS: 2062/2006 painted with red oxide primer including cost of all charges but excluding labour charges etc all complete.
16Painting two coats over a coat of primer to wood / iron work including all charges.
