The overhang end of polycarbonate sheet to be shielded with powder coated / anodised with 25 micro aluminium channels. The polycarbonate sheet and profile shall be fixed with self taping and self drilling 55mm long steel screws fixed not more than 300mm centre to centre. The rate shall be inclusive of cost of all material involved such as polycarbonate sheet, Allox system aluminium profile and channel, EPDM Gasket, self taping screws, nuts, bolts, riverts, silicon sealant or any other materialrequired for fixing the sheet but excluding the cost of steel structure which shall be paid separately. The cost also include the rate of labour require for cutting, bending and fixing of polycarbonate sheet aluminium profile, hoisting in position etc, complete at all height as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate shall also include the cost of all T & P and safety precaution required during execution of the work. All aluminium section shall be minimum powder coating of thickness not less than 25 micro. The work shall be complete in all respect as per the architectural drawings and the direction of Engineer-in-charge. |
