Name of Work: Work of repairing and maintenance of nitrogen injection fire prevention system ( NIFPS) of 02 nos. of 100 MVA trasnformers and 02 nos. of 80 MVA trasnformers at 220 KV Sub-station, Mahuakheraganj.

Checking and cleaning of Panel box of Nitrogen Injection fire Protection System including washing of leakage oil from the box.

Checking and supply of rusted and corrode hose pipe and packing of them.

Supply and making brass arrangement for changing nitrogen cylinder with gauge, valve and other accessories for further use.

Refilling nitrogen cylinder one by one and fixing of new valve and hose pipes.

Checking and opening leaked valve and flanges from the NIFPS system replacing damaged gaskits/valve etc. at transformers

Fixing all the arrangement including labour and T&P and testing after that arrangement etc.
7
Checking all the wiring of the NIFPS box and replacing brunt lugs, TB and MCB Box and wires etc.
