The Successful Bidder Has To Implement All The Technical Requirements In The Presence Of Iit ( Ism ) Representative And Hand Over All The Configuration Steps Along With The Source Code. Bidder Should Specify The Necessary Hardware Requirements And Iit ( Ism ) Will Provide The Same. Bidder Must Specify The Schematic Diagram Depicting The Integration Of Proposed Servers To The Existing Campus Network. Interested Bidders May Visit The Site Or Write To Rsoni@Iitism.Ac.In For Any Technical Clarification Well In Advance As No Extension Of Bid Submission Will Be Permitted. Administrator Interface For User Management, Bulk Import And Delete, User Creation Using Csv File, Group Creation / Deletion, Etc. 5. Single Sign-On For Applications Supporting Following Protocols  Openid Connect  Oauth 2.0  Saml  Webserver With Http Header / Variable 6. Support For Multi-Factor Authentication With Hotp, Totp And Fido2 Hardware Token 7. Access Control Based On User, Group And Role 8. Highly Available, Resilient And Scalable Architecture 9. Self-Hosted And Self-Administered 10. Installation Of Remote Server Administration Tool ( Rsat ) In Admin Laptop / Desktop 11. Installation And Configuration Of Vpn Server. 12. Integration Of Vpn Server With Directory Server For Identity Based Login 13. Add Site List In The Vpn Server As Shared By The Iit ( Ism ) Dhanbad And Share The Procedure With Iit ( Ism ) Team For Adding Further Sites / Servers 14. Vpn Client May Be Able To Access Sites Through Secured Browser Without The Need Of Vpn Client. 15. All Deployments Must Use Latest Stable Versions And Must Be Compatible With Different Operating Systems As Well As Browsers. Limitation If Any Must Be Indicated. 16. Logs Of Servers. 17. Testing Of The Installed Servers. 18. Onsite Training For Two Days To Technical Staff. 19. Documentation And Source Code. 20. Support For One Year. Bidder May Provide Support Online But In Case Of Necessity Has To Provide Onsite Support Also. Iit ( Ism ) Will Not Bear Cost Of Travel Etc. So The Bidder Must Quote Accordingly.
