Note : 1. Refer Note No. 6 & 7 Of Section-1 Of Aforesaid Unpriced Price Schedule (Annexure-A Of Technical Specification No. Py56557). Bidders Have To Prepare Item-Wise Unit Rate Sheet For And Upload Along With Price Offer By Quoting Unit Rates For All Items Which Are Figuring In Main Supply & Mandatory Spares (As Per Section-3 Of Unpriced Price Schedule). B) Bidders Have To Provide List Of 2-Years Recommended O&M Spares For Gas Detection Components Along With Unit Price Of Each Item (As Per Section-4 Of Unpriced Price Schedule) And Upload Along With Price Offer. Bhel Reserves The Right To Order Full/Partial Quantity Of The Recommended O & M Spares Along With The Main Equipment Or Separately Or Not At All. The Price Shall Be Valid Until Expiry Of Warranty Period. C) Your Offer Will Not Be Evaluated Without Above Mentioned Unit Rates. 2. Any Price Decrement Due To Reverse Auction/Negotiations Shall Be Considered By Bhel On The Quoted Unit Prices Also. 3. The Bid Evaluation Is On Overall L1 Basis. 4. The Total Lump Price Quoted Shall Be Inclusive Of Packing & Forwarding, Freight And Testing Charges. 5. The Total Lump Price Quoted Shall Be Exclusive Of Gst, Third Party Inspection (Tpi) And Transit Insurance Charge. Gst Shall Be Paid Extra By Bhel At Applicable Rates.

BHEL reserves the right to order full/partial quantity of the Recommended O & M Spares along with the main equipment or separately or not at all. The Price shall be valid until expiry of warranty period. c) Your offer will NOT be evaluated without above mentioned unit rates. 2.
