2Charges for cutting and welding of new Gate/Globe valve 1” 1500/2500 Class HO/MO valves or equivalent joints by IBR with required T&P and consumables.
3Charges for cutting and welding of new Gate/Globe valve 1” 800/1500 Class HO/MO valves or equivalent joints by non IBR welder with required T&P and consumables.
4Charges for Gasket renewing for 250/300/350 mm valve, this work involves removing the valve from line, cleaning the flange surface on both sides, preparation of gaskets for both ends, positioning the valve in the line with gaskets and tightening the flange bolts & nutswith required T&P and consumables.
5Charges for Gasket renewing for 400/500/600 mm valve, this work involves removing the valve from line, cleaning the flange surface on both sides, preparation of gaskets for both ends, positioning the valve in the line with gaskets and tightening the flange bolts & nuts with required T&P andconsumables.
6Charges for Removing the safety Relief valve size 20/25mm from the system, Disassembling the Safety Relief valve, cleaning all the parts of the SRV, checking the seating surfaces and Lapping the seat surfaces and Lapping the seat disc for perfect blue matching. Setting the pressure for rated lifting the SRV with hydraulic pump. Reassembling the SRV with new inlet and outlet flange gaskets with required T&P and consumables.
7Charges for Overhauling of GV, GLV 300 mm / 16 ATA MOV, GV 300/40 ATA HO, Control valve 10” X 10” and 12” X 12”. This work involves dismantling the valve, cleaning all the parts of the valve, checking the seating surfaces and actuator bearings. Lapping the gate / seat / disc / flap for perfect blue matching. Reassembling the valve with new bonnet gaskets and gland packings with required T&P and consumables.
8Charges forOverhauling ofGV,GLV 200 mm / 40 ATAMOV, GV 250/40 ATAHO, SCNRV 250 / 300 / 40 ATA, Control valve 06” X 06 “and 08” X 08”. This work involves dismantling the valve, cleaning all the parts of the valve, checking the seating surfaces and actuator bearings. Lapping the gate / seat / disc / flap for perfect blue matching. Reassembling the valve with new bonnet gaskets and gland packings with required T&P and consumbales.
9Charges for Overhauling ofGV, GLV250 / 300 mm / 64 ATAMOV,GV 300 /400 mm /100 ATAHO. This work involves dismantling the valve, cleaning all the parts of the valve, checking the seating surfaces and actuator bearings. Lapping the gate / seat / disc / flap for perfect blue matching. Reassembling the valve with new bonnet gaskets and gland packings with required T&P and consumables.
10Charges for Overhauling of GV, GLV 400/450 mm / 64 ATA MOV. This work involves dismantling the valve, cleaning all the parts of the valve, checking the seating surfaces and actuator bearings. Lapping the gate / seat / disc / flap for perfect blue matching. Reassembling the valve with new bonnet gaskets and gland packings with required T&P and consumables.
11Charges for Overhauling of Butterfly valve 400/450 /600 mm MOV. This work involves Dismantling the actuator andvalve, Releasing all mounting bolts and plate segments for releasing the seal, Rethreading the damaged threads, cleaning all the parts of the valve, Adjusting/renewal of rubber seal, Dismantling of BFV gear box, renewal of grease ,bearings and Reassembling the valve and checking open/close operations with required T&P"s and consumables.
12Charges forGasket renewing for 700/850/900 mm Flange.This work involves dismantling the flange bolts & nuts,cleaning the flange surface on both sides, preparation of gaskets for both ends, positioning and assembling of flange in line with gaskets and tightening the flange bolts & nuts with required T&P"s and consumables.
13Charges for Cleaning & Gasket renewing of Strainers of size OD ? 450mm X 1000 mm length.This work involves dismantling the strainer cover bolts & nuts, opening of strainer manhole door, lifting the strainer from line , cleaning the strainers, checking and cleaning of impurities in strainer meshes, cleaning of impurities from the line, preparation of gaskets for strainer cover, positioning and assembling the strainer in line with gaskets and tightening the strainer bolts & nuts with required T&P"s and consumables.
14Charges for Overhauling & replacing of Safety valves.This work involves removingthe safety Relief valve size 100 mm (4”) from the system, Disassembling the Safety Relief valve, cleaning all the parts of the SRV, checking the seating surface area and Lapping the seat surfaces and disc for perfect blue matching. Setting the pressure for rated lifting the SRV with hydraulic pump. Reassembling the SRV with new inlet and outlet flange gaskets with required T&P"s and consumables.
15Charges for inspection and cleaning of condensate inlet to Deaerator nozzle.Thisa work involves removal of bend pipe, dismantling the upoper flange,lifting of flanges and removal of lower flanges inside the deaerator tank and removal of nozzle using chain blocks. After removal of nozzle, inspection and cleaning by air and jet water then assembling of nozzles, flanges and pipe bend with suitable gaskets.
16Charges for Overhauling of HP/LP dosing pumps: a) Decoupling the motor and the liquid well assembly, draining the oil from the pump,dismantling the speed reduction assembly,dismantling the plungerand the pump bodies and connected flanges. (b) Dismantling the crosshead piston and connecting rod,removing the bearings properly,dismantling of worm and worm wheel assemblies,cleaning and inspection of all the above parts for wear and replacement if necessary. Reassembling all the above after overhauling as per the procedure. (c) Dismantling of the pump,plunger assembly,valve and valve seats, inspection and replacing the wornout parts if necessary and reassembling the pump.(d)Inspection of couplings, coupling pads and replacing if necessary,coupling the motor and the liquid well assembly,connecting the sump,assembling the speed reduction assembly,connecting the plunger and the pump bodies and connected flanges, checking of alignment with the motor and sucessful commissioning of the pump . Cleaning & painting the complete pump assembly & base structure , painting the connected pipelines and painting of the pump baseconcrete structure with oil Distemper.(Paint under Contractor scope)with required T&P"s and consumables.
