Dismantling G.I. sheets roofing including ridges, hips valleys and gutters etc. and stacking the material within 50 meters lead.

CARRIAGE OF MATEIALS (B) By mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking upto 10kms (i) Lime,moorum, building rubbish upto 10 km

Removing dry or oil bound distemper by scrapping sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Applying priming coat with ready mixed primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel work.

Painting two or more coats (excluding priming coat) with superior quality ready mixed paint for steel work of approved brand & manufacture in all shades on new work to give an even shade.

Providing& fixing of 10mm Mutiwall Polycarbonate sheet on existing frames with help of Pressure plate & Sheet on existing frames with help of Pressure plate & EPDM gaskets. Pressure plates to be screwed in the existing frame with Self Tapping SS Screws of 304 grade and of size 5.5X38 mm on every 300mm distance. Multiwall Polycarbonate of 10mm thick of GE Lexan or equivalent makes. 4- Fin EPDM ( Ethylene- Propylene- Diene- Monomer) Gaskets o be used between Pressure plate and Multiwall Polycarbonate sheet. Silicon to be used between walls and frame to avoidwater- leakage. Silicon of DOW- Corning, McCoy, Weckeror equivalent make to be used. 2 1/2\" (B class) G.Isteel pipe props with ISMC 75X40X6MM support including welding, labour, Painting etc. of 2.60m height complete. With m.s plate at bottom.

Providing& fixing ACP flashing with 4 mm Aluminium Composite Panels which will be screwed with stainless Ssteel Screws on existing frames and aluminium tube of Size 38X25X1.2mm. 38X38 mm Aluminium angle clites are screwed in wall with 8X75 wood screws to hold the aluminium tubes. ACP should be screwed with sheet metal screws of sixe 6X13on aluminum tube and frame. Silicon to be applied between wall and flashing. ACP sheet is amde up of coated aluminium sheets of 0.5mm thickness and the polyethylene core sandwiched between silicon of DOW- Corning, McCoy, Wecker or equivalent makes to be used.
