| 1 | Erection and fixing in position of Hut type shelter sheds (from availble store materials) of size 20\"x40\" by way offollowing specifications / components, including all necessary needsat sites as per below:- |
| 2 | a)Leveling of ground including removal of slash / slides / snow etc. and making ground even for erection at each site. |
| 3 | b)Providing / laying of concretein 1:3:6 mix (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded, 20mm stone aggregate nominal size), of size 2\"x2\"x3\" top leyer for errection of pipes and MS Hallow sectionincluding cost of all materials and form work complete at each site in a pit of size 2\"x2\"x2\" rest filled with available stone boulders. |
| 4 | c)Fixing and errection of Hut type frame structure of M.S. Pipes / hollow section duly fixed with nuts / bolts or by welding which ever is required (including necessary repairing andproviding/fixing of any misplaced member, ) at each site all complete (Nuts & bolts to be provided by the agency himself). |
| 5 | d)Fixing of polycarbonate sheets for top and sides with screw revettes/ J or L hooksas per directions of Engineer-in-charge complete at each siteincluding cost of screw revettes to be providing by the agency ensuring proper overlap to make it leak proof. |
| 6 | e)Placing of 19mm thick ply board sheets on Hollow section frames at required height from ground level, including placement of thermocoal and turpal and making floors evenand smooth at each site. |
| 7 | f)Keeping available by Engagement of ( 3 ) No skilled labours with uniform for watch and ward/ cleaning of sheds / surroundings round the clock till complection of yatra period at each site. |
| 8 | g)Dismembering / Disassembling of Hut type shelter sheds after completion of Yatra period and stacking of all material ateach site of work complete. |
| 9 | h) P/F of screw revettes/ or L hooks for sides and anchoring including all carriages / head load upto site of work complete.4\" long (48 no\"s each sheet) (To be provided by the agency) |
| 10 | i)Carriage of all store material involved above from store to site of work and its return carriage from site to store including all leads, lifts and head load by mech / mannual and ponies etc. at each site of work complete in all respects. |
| 11 | J) Fixing & placing in position of availble store material (i.e. Tarpal, Thermocol, PVC tanki, puff pannel and chequred aluminum sheets etc.) |
| 12 | K) Engagement of skilled black smith along with welding machine Gen set and other allied equipments required for welding purpose all complete. |
| 13 | Main Chandanwari station to Gratbalarea / Chadhi point. |

Installation / fixing with Hollow section frame (15\".0\"x3\".0\") size of 3-units height of front side 7\".0\" and 6\".0\" on back side for prefabricated toilet block made of 40mm thick puff panel & including door shutter & frameand leveling of ground and necessary repirs by way of welding including all required screws / jointing strips all complete. |
| 17 | b. Fixing of availble Polycarbonate sheets over the roof including and fixing with J-Hooks / rivetted screws complete job.(J hooks / revitted screws to be provided by the agency) |
| 18 | c. Trench excavation of pit of size 4\".0\"x4\".0\"x3\".0\" for disposal system including CGI sheets covering over the pit including fixing of Indian steel WC complete. |
| 19 | d. Installation of water storage tank 200 liters capacityalong with of plastic buckets / mugs. |
| 20 | e. Keeping available by Engagement of 03 No. skilled labourers with uniform for watch and ward and including supply/ spraying of Phenyl & Cleaning of toilets etc. round the clock till completion of Yatra period at each site. |
| 21 | f. Dismembering of 3-units Public Convenience after completion of Yatra period and stacking of all material at each site of work. |
| 22 | g) Fixing of chequrred plate sheets including cost of nuts / bolts at each site complete required for WC pane.(Nuts / bolts to provided by the agency) |
| 23 | h. Carriage of all store material involved above from store to site of work and its return carriage from site to store including all leads, lifts and head load by mech. / menual and ponies etc. complete. |
