8M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles 350x250x 6 to7 mm thick/450x350x6 to7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.
9M&L Vitrified Ceramic tiles 9 to 10 mm thicklight shade (alsoin patches) square/ rectangular polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
10M&L for screed bed of 15mm thick in CM 1 : 6 for floor finishes.
11M&L granite (of any type) tiles 20 mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cementslurry and pointed with admisture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete.

70M & L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks in cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate exc10 cm in width and set in CM 1:6 complete.
71Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping including necessary form work.
72Material and Labour 15 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4, on other faces of stone masonry sufrace finished smooth and even, including mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions)on wall of shafts all as directed by Engineer-n-Charge. Note : Water proofing compund measured and paid separately

74M &L for applying two coats of anti fungal paint (Apex Ultima) over a coat of primer including preparation of new plastered surfaces.

88M&L for anti termite tratment of voids in masonry using chemical emulsion one litre per hole, at 300mm intervals including drilling holes at 45 degree and replugging them with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors, all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
89M&L for anti termite tratment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
