2Material and labour for APP polymeric water proofing treatement to roof using membrane minimum 3 mm thick and weighting not less than 3.6 kg/sqm , black finish reinforced with non-woven polyster matt (Weight not less than 150 gms/Sqm) with thermo fusible finish laid by force application after applying compatible bitumen primer at the rate of 0.40 Ltr per Sqm, by the same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/ltr at 25" C temprature and viscosity 70-160 cps over the primer coat, torching over laps with a propane orbutane gas torch with a over lap of 100 mm at the side and 150 mm at the ends and sealing including a tack coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm below APP and two coats water proofing paint with aluminium finish on top of laid APP surfaces including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed. NOTES : - (i) The water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicators duly approved by GE in writing. (ii) 5% amount of the total amount of water proofing treatment shall be retained as a guarantee and shall be released after 10 years. However contractor may deposit the FDR of same amount in favour of GE. If contractor fail to rectify the defect pointed out during this period in writing, the defect shall be got rectified at contractor" risk and cost and the payment shall be made from the amount kept reserved or by encashing the FDR deposited by the contractor as guarantee. Contractor"s quoted rate for this item shall deemed to be inclusive of this aspect.
3Material and Labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) asroof kerbs or mud stops and the like, rounded or chamfered on edges complete including demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.
4Cleaningand removing all scaleand dirt, etcfrom existing water storage tanks of capacityexceeding 250 litres andnot exceeding 500 litres by emptying,drying and cleaning the tank by scrubbing the dust with wire brush from tank includingcleaning from mouths of circulating pipes, to entire satisfaction of Engr-in–charge of cleaning,including writing date of cleaning with oil paint of of visible colour in font size not less than 100 mm high complete all as specified and directed. (The rates includes for disconnecting of existing water tank, lowering if required and hoisting, reconnecting and refixing in same position after cleaning ) NOTE: - (i) The whole process ofdisconnecting, reconnecting and refixing in same position after cleaning shall be done on the same day, if failing so, Rs. 100/- shall be deducted for each tank per day from the contractor due. (ii) A separate register to be maintained by contractor for cleaning and occupant signature with date to be obtained in it.

15Supply andfixing of pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based galvanised plain mild steel sheeting 0.50 mm thick of any colour, having 550 Mpa tensile strength as in roof covering/ ridges and fixed with self tapping screws or J type hooks including rubber washer etc complete including dismantling asbestos cement corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets etc; complete all as specified and as directed.
16Material and labour for filleting in any position and to any shape in cement mortar 1:4 for fair finish to exposed surfaces of brick work including all mitres, stops, etc. section of fillet not exceeding 25 sqcm complete all as specified and directed.
17Supply and fixing of semi perforated false ceiling 12 mm thick with micro tegular edged at all height with GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture, design and pattern having moisutre content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC 0.60 to 0.85 as per IS 8225-1987, non combustible as per BS 475 (Part-4) 1970 and light code description unit code No 429 Sub Head 26. New Technologies and materials reflectance of 85% minimum to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal T -grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33 mm thick ( galvanised @ 120 gms/ sqmincluding both sides) comprising of main T- runners of size 15x 32mm of length 3000mm, crossT of size 15 x32 mm of length 1200mmand secondary intermediate cross T of size 15 x 32 mm of length 600 mm to from grid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended form ceiliing using galvanised mild steel items (Galvanised @ 80 gm/sqm) i.e. 50 mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fastners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000mm length and L shape level adjuster of size 85 x 25 x 2mm.galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24 x 24 x 0.4 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on perimeter wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm centre to centre and 40 mm long dry wall SS screws.The work shall be carried out as per specification, drawing and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including dismantling existing asbestos sheet false ceiling textile coverings including frames (if any) and cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.
18Supply and fixing of PVC false ceiling consisting of 600 mm x 600 mm, 5mm (+ 0.25) thick plain embossed PVC sheet of density 600 Kg/Cbm manufactured by an ISO-9001-2015 certified company, used as panel insert in a frame work made using anodised aluminium T-section of sizes 1" x 1" (25 mm x 25 mm, 1 mm thick) in square pattern of grid sizes of 2" x 2" (600 mm x 600 mm). The aluminium framework is supported from the ceiling with the help of "J" hook and G.I. wire / 4mm MS rods of required sizes to maintain proper level etc. The aluminium frame work is supported on the side wall with the use of aliminium L- Section of size 1"X1" (25mmX25mm, 1mm thick) Angles etc. complete as per direction of Engineer - In- Charge, Manufacturer, s specification and drawing including taking down existing ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slab etc ant thickness including cover fillets of any description complete all as specified and directed.
19Material and labour for re-securing/ adjusting existing false ceiling grid any type and making required tightning to remove sag portion/ depression in false ceiling grid including replacement of missing sections / suspendersetc complete all as specified and directed.
20Supply and fixing missing / damaged perforated ceiling boards in existing gridas per existing size required on front face etc complete all as specifiedand directed.
21Supply and fixing missing / damaged PVC ceiling boards in existing gridas per existing size etc complete all as specifiedand directed.
22Supply and fixing of steel tube 50 mm bore, medium grade galvanized, ISI marked, fixed to wallsas in additional support of ceiling , etc including cutting & chasingin wall andmaking good with PCC to old existing surface complete all as specified and directed.
23Supply and fixing of 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with MS calmp including dismantling existing pipe etc complete all as specified and directed
24Supply and fixing (in repair) of 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bend any radius with access door including jointing with solvent cement, complete all as specified and as directed.
25Material and labour for providing reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in chajjas, fascia and the like etc slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roof, landings, balconies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like including demolition of existing RCC of any description and removal the rubbish / demolished material complete all as specifiedanddirected.
26Supply and fixingmild steel TMT bars 8 mm dia. and over, cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.
27Material and labour for 50mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushedstone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement with & including 10mm wide, 30mm deep joints at the rate of 3.00 mtr centre to centre and at every turning & filling the joints with bitumen & sand mixture including demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15 cm below or above ground level etc complete all as specified and directed.
28Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on surface of walls by using appropriate technique as approved by Engineer-in- Charge for complete removal of all layers of treatment and reaching upto old plastered surface and applying a coat of 3 mm thick wall care putty as per manufacture instructions and applying two coats of oil emulsion paint over a coat of alkaline resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.
29Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on surfaces of walls, chajjas, fascias etc and effloroscent salts and treating oil and greasy spots washing down with water and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkaline resistant primer including filling up all cracks with tar plastic (STP) crack filler and also, make good to plastered surface complete all as specified and directed.
30Material and labour for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, chajjas, fascia by washing rubbing and applying one coat of cement base paint of any tint including filling up all cracks with tar plastic (STP) crack filler and also, make good to plastered surface complete all as specified and directed.
31Material and labour for completeremoval of existing treatment on walls, chajjasfacias etc and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots washing down with water and freeing the surfaces from all loose dirt and applying two coats of 100% Anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint (Appex)or equivalent over a coat of primer including necessary scaffoldings, complete all as specified and directed.
32Material and labour for preparation of old decorative surface of walls, chajjas, balcony, pillars, fascia etc (for red border) by washing & rubbing down etc and applying one coat of exterior emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed.
33Material and labour for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls by washing rubbing and applying one coat of white wash on wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.
34Material and labour for preparation of old decorative surface of ceilings etc by washing rubbing down etc and applying one coat of oil emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed.
35Material andlabour for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.
36Material andlabour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.
37Material andlabour for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) on plastered surfaces with using black synthetic enamel paint on back ground and letter & numbers written with white synthetic enamel paint of 100mm hight etc complete all as specified and directed.
38Providing technically qualified person (Engineer) for preparation of PSMB including carrying out of measurement of old Bldgs as per normal Engineer practice falling under the area of AGE B&R-II under GE (South) Ambala Cantt. Also providing necessary documents (e.g stationery items etc.) for preparation of PSMB, entering site measurement of following items in PSMB as per the format kept in Sub Division: - (a) White wash in ceiling surfaces. (b) White wash in wall surfaces. (c) OBD on wall surfaces / dry distemper (d) Interior emulsion (Plastic paint) on wall surfaces. (e) Cement base paint on wall surfaces. (f) Exterior emulsion paint on wall surfaces. (g) Synthetic enamel paint on wooden surfaces. (h) Synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces. (j) Varnish. (k) Small article paint steel/wooden. This item includes submission of PSMB building wise falling under AOR of AGE B&R-II under GE (South) Ambala duly scrutinized and signed by JE (Civil) and Engineer-in-Charge and Numbered and audited by Audit authorities. NOTES: - 1. The above PSMB shall be prepared by Engineer having minimum qualification diploma in Civil Engineering from approved Technical Institute alongwith minimum work experience of three years. Details of qualification and experience shall be verified and kept on record by Engineer-in-Charge. 2. PSMB shall be submitted by the contractor before submission of 1st RAR of above work complete in all respect duly signed and audited. 3. The contractor shall be paid for Square meter of periodical items worked out in PSMB as per plinth area of particular bldg. 4. Necessary security pass shall be issued by Engineer-in-Charge in favour of Engineer being appointed by the contractor for the purpose on the basis of particular submitted by the contractor in writing alongwith Police Verification with regard to Character and antecedents of the Engineer. 5. Irrespective of above, in few bldg where complete periodical services are not carried out (Only 2 or 3 items are executed) contractor will prepare PSMB for entire bldg covering all items as mentioned above irrespective of item executed by him as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 6. In case of repetitive nature of bldgs where work has been executed by the contractor the payment shall be made only for area to be measured at first instant. No repetition of area shall be allowed and taken into consideration for payment purposes.
39NOTE:- Amount of credit ofRs. 22,090.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit Page No 19 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
