| 1 | Descaling of cooling tower installed at terrace of Super Specialty Hospital, Jammu by way of dismantling of reinforced plastic sheets, cooling tower motors, opening of main header pipes & sub header pipes and nozzles with descaling reagent fan assembly. Descaling of sprinkler assemblies with descaling chemical, greasing to motor bearings and assembling the same after descaling of sprinkler assemblies and base of cooling towers. The job involves opening of side portion of cooling towers and removing of accumulated debris in basin and distribution systems, cleaning of material of internal packing with descaling liquid, repair to sprinklers. The job includes descaling of three nos. globe valve by dismantling them removing the scaling and other blockage, assembling them with nut and bolts. The job includes cleaning the main strainer by dismantling it, cleaning the strainer ,filter mesh and further assembling it by providing and fitting of nut bolts and gasket as per old sample. The job also include descaling of 02 nos. butterfly valve installed at inlet and outlet pipeline of condensers of 03 nos. chiller plants by dismantling the valve with the help of hydraulic jack, removing the scaling and them assembling of the valves after ensuring their proper operation .The job also includes adjustment of setting of fan blade angle for specified air flow and cleaning of strainer meshes. The complete job includes cost of material, labour charges etc. |
| 2 | Servicing/Repair to 03 nos. condenser pump and motor sets 25 HP installed at AC plant of SSH Jammu. Providing and fitting of new rubber coupling 03 Nos. to the motor supplying water to the cooling towers by the way of replacing the old damaged one with the new one of same size. Cleaning of the stators by using blowers to remove dust and greasing the bearings .The job also includes repairs to the foundation of the same motor in order to achieve proper alignment of pump and motor by the way of disassembling the motor and pump along with the foundation and repairing the foundation and further assembling them to achieve the proper alignment. Cleaning of 03 nos. strainer by dismantling them on site, cleaning of each filter mesh and assembling the strainer by providing and fitting of new nut and bolts and gasket as per old sample. Providing and filling of suitable grade lubricating oil to 03 nos. horizontal centrifugal pumps with motors. Repair to internal wiring and panel. Cutting of damaged cable end and thimbling them. The complete job includes cost of material labour charges for skilled and semi skilled labour hire charges for all kind of tools and tackles , transportation charges, and all kinds of taxes thereof. |

Job includes providing and fitting of new coupling 02 Nos. by the way of replacing the old damaged one with the new one as per sample.
