| 1 | DX type Double Skin Air Handling Unit (DSAHU):Supply of floor mounted DSAHU with all required accessories.DSAHU constructed out of pre-plasticised/plastic-coated/powder-coated 22 SWG inner and 24 WSG outer skin GI sheets with 43±3 mm thick PUF section (Density 38±3 kg/Cu.mtr) as the insulating core and comprising of following sections: Return air mixing chamber, pre-filter with 10 micron filter, cooling coil with intertwined coils (minimum 6 rows, 2 circuits of 5.5 TR each) for Direct Expansion and with thermostatic expansion valve, fan assembly section with fan, Motor, Drive set, secondary fine filter section with 5 micron filters. The units shall have SA, RA, and FA volume control dampers, SS-304 insulated drain pan etc. Fresh air damper shall be fitted with a factory assembled pre-filter section containing 50 mm thick washable synthetic type air filters assembled in anodised aluminium/ SS flange type frame and SS bird screen/ wire mesh with cowl type arrangement. The AHUs should be completely air tight. It shall be installed on 150 mm RCC block with vibration isolation pads in exposed area. Insulation should be adequate for minimizing heat gain. GI sheet for inner skin shall be of zinc coating of 240-275 gsm. Other details as specified in technical specification.The complete DSAHU suitable for 415±10 % volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase AC supply as described above with capacity of 1000 CFM (minimum) at 125 mmwc static pressure with 11.0 TR intertwined cooling coil (Two circuit of 5.5 TR each). |

| 3 | Air Cooled Condensing Units with accessories:Supply of 5.5 TR single circuit condensing unit (1W+1S) with all required accessories including interconnecting copper pipes/ tubes with nitrile insulation etc. as specified in technical specification. Compressor shall be hermetic scroll/rotary compressor with R410a / R407c / IPR approved refrigerant and O.D. (Outer Diameter), minimum wall thickness and quality of seamless copper refrigerant pipes shall be as per Copper tube-ASTM B 280 standard. The condensing units shall be mounted on suitable MS supporting structure.The complete Air Cooled condensing Unit suitable for 415±10 % volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase AC power supply as described above. |

| 5 | Electrical Control Panel with Instrumentations:Design, manufacture, supply of cubicle type, dead front, sheet steel, and wall mounted control panels. The panel shall be suitable for 415 volts, 50 Hz, and shall have separate compartments for Cu. bus bar. It includes anchoring in to the wall / foundation, wiring and earthing terminating in to the main switch fuse unit in each panel, power / control wiring, earthing etc.Following accessories shall be mounted within Control panel as per specifications. A. IncomingMain incoming with 64/ suitable amps TPN MCCB complete with following.• Digital 3Ø panel meter for voltage and current.• O/V, U/V tripping mechanism for voltage fluctuation exceeding 10% of the rated value.• Single phase preventers (SPP) with revers phase protection (RPP) and phase indicating lamps.B. Out goingOutgoing feeders of 2 nos. 32/suitable amps TPN MCB (10 kA, C curve) for 5.5 TR condensing units, 1 nos. 10/suitable amps TPN MCB (10 kA, B Curve) for 3 kW heater bank and 1 nos. 16/suitable amps TPN MCB (10 KA, C curve) for AHU units with starter (DOL/star-Delta). The compartment shall contain CT operated ammeter with selector switch for each out going feeders. Necessary internal control wiring, on/off push button, power wiring & control wiring complete in all respect and as approved by engineer in charge. Provision of 1 nos. of 16 amps TPN MCB as spare.C. Instrumentation and controls:A microprocessor based controller shall be provided for Dx AHU Air Conditioning system inbuilt in electrical panel or in a separate control panel as per site conditions and system requirements. It should be possible to operate the entire air conditioning system and set working parameters of Dx AHUs unit from this control unit. Microprocessor control should be loaded with all features/ functions as specified in technical specification.The VENDOR shall be solely responsible for the completeness and correctness of the internal wiring, integration and for the proper functioning of the connected equipment.• Electrical control panel with all instrumentation, accessories and wiring complete as described above |

Insulation material should be Class-O, fire-retardant & self-extinguishing and factory laminated glass cloths (GC) facing for long term mechanical strength and better aesthetics. | 28 | RCC/PCC Platform Foundation for AHU & ODU:Preparation of RCC/PCC platform of suitable size for placement of AHU and 2 nos. of condensing units as per attached drawing and AHU size. It also includes preparation of minimum 3 mm thick FRP shed at required height with excess in size than platform size to protect AHU, ODU and ducts from rain. Necessary support structures with painting, foundation, fasteners, clamps etc. for FRP shed and sealing with combination of silicon sealant, bitumen sheet, suitable sheet etc. to make leak proof will be in contractor\"s scope. Painting of support material with one coat zinc primer and two coat enamel paint of approved shade as per IPR Engineer-in-charge. |
| 29 | Minor Civil and Other Works:Minor civil works required to complete the entire work includes:• Dismantling of 1 nos. AHU, 1 nos. condensing unit, ducting, existing FRP shed, electric control panel & accessories and lifting/ shifting to place as per instruction of IPR Engineer-in-charge within FCIPT campus.• Preparation of PCC footing with MS support structure required for exposed duct supports.• Other Civil and associated Works required to be carry-out for the Erections / Installations of all the Equipments. Above mentioned work and any other necessary work as indicate / instructed by Engineer in-charge of work to complete the work in all respect.Minor Civil and Other Works as described above. |
