| 1 | Providing, installation, commissioning and testing of Hilti make foundation studs fixing with chemical resin and core drilling at RCC foundation of FF stack, which consist of following jobs- a) Providing Hilti make4.6 grade M 30 x 500 mmlong full threaded foundation bolt. b)Providing Hilti make suitable components of M30 foundation bolt like 10 mm thick washer ,hex nut, hex lock nut. c)Providing Hilti make RE 500 resin of appropriate quantity as per manufactures recommendation for fixing the foundation stud. d) d)Providing original manufactures certification for allHilti product for genuineness. e) Core cutting of size dia 33 mm to 40 mm, deep 350 mm to 360 mm in RCC foundation on marked position at site. f)Chemically fixing of M30 foundation bolts by application of RE 500 resin as per original manufactures instruction manual. g)After curing pull out test to be carried out on min 10 % foundation bolts at manufactures recommended load of M30 foundation bolts and test certificate to be provided by the testing agency. |
