Supply Of Procurement Of Self-Propelled Ultrasonic Rail Testing Car Spurt Carprocurement Of Self-Propelled Ultrasonic Rail Testing Car Spurt Car,Supply, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of Comprehensive Vehicular Ultrasonic Testing (Ut) System Installed And Integrated On A Self-Propelled 8-Wheeler Vehicle (With Two 4 Wheeled Bogies) Described Herein As Spurt Car. (Including All Accessories, Hardware And Software As Per Requirement Of Tender). Including 8 (Eight) Numbers Of Single Rail Testers (Srt) And 3 (Three) Number Of Double Rail Testers (Drt) Per Spurt Car As Part Of Supply To Ir. The Vehicle Is Necessarily Required To Be Manufactured In India Duly Complying With Laid Down Tender Specifications Including Part Iii Technical Specification Of The Tender, However Specialized Ut Parts, Specialized Software, Hardware Etc. Required For Fitment On The Vehicle May Be Imported. (For The Definition Of The Local Content, Refer To Railway Boards Letters No. No.2020/Rs(G)/779/2/Pt.1 Dated 25.09.2020 &17.05.2021 (Details At Para 13.0 Of Section- Iii (Instructions To The Tenderers) Along With Annexure 11) , Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Of Spurt Car (Including All Hardware And Software) Including All Scheduled Day-To-Day, Scheduled Minor And Major Repairs Of Spurt Car (Including That Of The 8-Wheeler Vehicle As Well) For High-Speed Ultrasonic Testing Of Rails And Welds (As Rail Testing). This Work Shall Commence For Each Spurt Car From The Date Of Successful Commissioning Including Benchmarking Of Each Spurt Car. Work As Per The Detailed Scope Of Work And Technical Specifications Enclosed In This Regard. No Payment Shall Be Made Under This Item For The Availability Of Spurt Car During Benchmarking Exercise.
