Overhauling and reconditioning of Emulsifier pumpCharges towards dismantling of complete pump assembly from its bed suction and discharge pipeline, dismantling of pump assembly by dismantling of top casing, end covers, stuffing box, coupling and split gland, bearing and internals, reconditioning of shaft (SS 316L) for rough machining, metal filling by welding, plain turning, hydraulic pressing, trueness, checking reconditioning in all aspect, Reconditioning of pump casing in bearing seating areas and impeller by assessing the damages, under cutting, metal filling, and machining to required sizes including consumables overhaul of pump by thorough cleaningof internals, replacing of worn spares, seals, Gaskets, necking locknut and washer and re-assembling of pump intact, Assembly with motor pump, suction and discharge pipes and alignment charges including cost of special consumable such as bearing, casing SS bolt nuts, T&P and consumables.

Overhauling and reconditioning of Diesel Engine of Emulsifier Charges towards dismantling of engine assembly from the water pump and refitting of the engine assembly after overhauling, inside engine assembly top dismantling, cleaning and inspection, Engine block acid washing by using a fabricated tub, cylinder heads surfacing including metal spraying, cylinder head crank checking and pressure checking and correction, valve seat removing, pressure checking and correction, valve seat removing, new seat inserting, lapping and valve seating, Extracting of old guides and inserting new guides, Assembling of new valves by putting springs and locks, push and locks, push rod bend checking and bend removing, fuel injector pressure testing and pump pressure recalibration including fuel leak attending work, Lub oil cooler servicing pressure testing, leakage testing, Heat exchanger servicing and pressure testing, self starter reconditioning, Rim gear and bendex replacement, engine top complete assembling and idle running, Exhaust pipe modification work and turbo charger reconditioning, Engine oil and Gear box oil replacement, Engine alignment and timing set based on firing order, checking electrical wiring and control panel including cost of T&P and consumables.
