4Removing old lime or cement plaster 12 mm deep including racking out jointsand removing the debris within 50 mtr. Lead as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
5Earthwork excavation of foundation in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m initial lead and 1.5m lift including rough dressing and breaking clods upto 5cm to 7cm size and laying in layers each layer not exceeding 0.3m in depthand as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
6Filling in foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed including cost conveyance and royalty etc. complete.
7Cement concrete (1:3:6) with 40mm and down graded crusher broken hard granite metal with cost, carriage,royalty and taxes of all materials and labour etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge
8Providing 1st class Brickwork with Fly Ash bricksin cement mortar (1:6) in Foundation and Plinth including cost carriage, royalty etc.
925mm thick A.S. flooring with cement concrete (1:2:4) including punning using 12 mm size H.B.G.Chips of approved quality from approved quarry including watering,curingincl. cost, conveyance, royalty and labour required for the work etc.complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.
104cm thick grading concrete (1:2:4) on roof slab using 12mm size hard broken granite chips for old work including all cost conveyance and royalty etc. complete.
1112mm thick cement plaster (1:6) for brick work with cost carriage, royalty etc.
12Supplying,fitting and fixing of M.S. Iron door window pannel including cost,carriage all taxes and conveyance etc. complete.
13Wall priming one coat with any approved primer including cost of primer
14Priming one coat with any approved primer on iron work including sand papering, polishing the surface with cost, conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials and cost of primer etc .
15Painting two coats on old wood & steel work including sand papering,polishing the surface with cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials and cost of labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
16Wall paintings two coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on old work to give on even shade including cost of all materials and cost of all labour etc.
17weather coat two Coat with material costper 1 Sqm.
18Finishing wall surface of walls with Cement based wall putty (water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even suface to receive painting and including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P etc complete.
19Fixing Floor tiles (Chequired Tiles) in floor on 12mm thick cement plaster (1:4) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete in-cluding cost of precast tiles .
20Providing and fixing of Sliding windows of approved make to be fabricated from roll formed sections made of pre-painted steel (base steel as per IS-513 of 0.6 mm thick “D” quality, galvanized as per IS-277 with zinc of 120 Gm/Sq.mtr) with total coated thickness of 0.55 mm.Slide guide section should be made of 0.5 mm stainless steel of 430 grade. with paint specification being with primer of 5-7 microns thick and finished paint with polyster paint (Black /Pearl white/ Chocolate Brown) of 12-16 microns alongwith the alkyd backer at the back of 5-7 microns and the Sections for external frame bottom and top should be of 79 x 45 mm. external frame sides should be of 69 x 24 mm, guide for top and bottom should be of 69 x 26 mm (Stainless Steel). Section for shutter should be of 26 x 30 mm, Sash bar should be of 23 x 57mm.Accessories / gaskets are to be used as per themanufacturer’s supply and specification like gasket will be made of EPDM. All corner brackets for internal and external are to be made of glass filled nylon. The sections are to be cut to length , joined and assembled by means of corner bracket and frames are fixed to the concrete/masonry walls by means of self expanding screws and glass to be used of 5 mm black with all taxes complete.
21Supplying fitting,fixing of Ventilating fan-exhaust incuding cost of screw including cost of all materials etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Rate (2198.21/1.18)
22Supplying fitting and fixing of decorative flush door shutter with laminates on both the sides fitted with Godrej lock, door closer, door stopper etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
