Name of Work: Construction of two nos. tennis courts and one no. basketball court inside the campus of AIIMS Mangalagiri.

2Providing centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for concrete
3Providing and laying, concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg /cum in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete.
4S&F of Steel reinforcement, Hot rolled deformed bars/TMT barsfor R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.
5Providing smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand) as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
6Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.), hot finished seamless type tubes,for fencing, truss etc., including cutting, hoisting, drilling holes for fastening, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete
7Providing and fixing chain link fabric fencing made of G.I. wire of dia. 4 mm, PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 5 mm in required colour and shade of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
8Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation(not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m
9Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level
101:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

13Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)
14Cement plaster, 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) , 15 mm thick on brick surfaces.
15S&F M.S. bolts and nuts of 16 mm dia or over for anchoring electric poles as approved and directed.
16Supply and Installation ofhigh-quality 8 layer -cushioned system consisting of the following application as per the manufactures instructions.1. One Coat Primer 2. One Coat Resurfacer 3. 3rd , 4thand 5thlayers -Total three coat cushion 4. 6th& 7th layer - Two Coats Texture Base Coat 5.- 8th layer - One Coat ofNon-Texture Top Coat. The eight multi-layered systems of the reputed brand of "Decoturf" or equivalent world reputed brand as approved by Engineer-In-Charge as per ITF standards. The application of system should be as per the original manufactures instruction The entire system shall have minimum of 3 years warranty against any defects. The colour/shade oftop layershall be approved by Engineer-In-Charge.
17Supply and Installation ofbasketball poles with backboard and hoop, netof standard dimensions as per FIBA/BFI of approved make and design for complete set for one court as approved and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
18Supply and providing movable oftennis courtpoles with net of standard dimensions as per ITF, of approved make and design for complete set for one court as approved and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
19Providing court line marking for the Tenniscourt as per standards ofITFwith adequate nos of coats to give uniform finish with approved marking paint of superior make as approved by the Engineer-in-charge.
20Providing court line marking for the basketball court as per standards ofFIBA/BFIwith adequate nos of coats to give uniform finish with approved marking paint of superior make as approved by the Engineer-in-charge.
21Supply, Installation and commissioning of Multipurpose court LED Flood lights 200 watts. Specification: Wattage: 200W; PF: 0.95 or better; IP66 or better, Lumen output: 24000lm or better; CCT: 6500K or better; Body: Pressure diecast Aluminum with heatsink fins; Mounting: MS U Bracket (Make and model shall be as per the approved by Engineer-In-Charge). LED lights shall be BIS marked and follow relevant International/national standards of illumination
22Supply, Installation and commissioning of 25 feet high Galvanized Iron along with suitable number of arms to fix 4 nos. 200W LED lights of the pole along with all componenents required to make the installation complete in all respects such as : a) Suitable length of connecting wires. b) Connecting wires to the point through connection block. c) Bonding to earth wires. Drilling holes in supports wherever required. Fixing clamps, GI bolts and nuts/ brass screws, saddles, rawl bolts, and other fixing accessories as required. Painting with enamel paint of clamps and other fixing accessories. Suitable size Junction boxes with connector block for loop in loop out wherever applicable.
23Supply, Installation and commissioning of 25 feet high Galvanized Iron Pole (common for 2 adjacent courts) with suitable number of arms to fix 8 nos. (4+4)200W LED lights along with all componenents required to make the installation complete in all respects such as : a) Suitable length of connecting wires. b) Connecting wires to the point through connection block. c) Bonding to earth wires. Drilling holes in supports wherever required. Fixing clamps, GI bolts and nuts/ brass screws, saddles, rawl bolts, and other fixing accessories as required. Painting with enamel paint of clamps and other fixing accessories. Suitable size Junction boxes with connector block for loop in loop out wherever applicable.
24Supply and installation of 50mm Dia ISI marked steel conduit
25Cost index considered for civil works over CPWD DSR 2021 = 10%
