    Name of Work: Cable Laying and Junction Box installation work for Pressure Transmitters of booster pump arms at Koyali 1) Bidders shall quote the percentagewithin two places of decimal only. 2) Bidders to quote only one % for all the items mentioned in the SOR. 3) Rates quoted by bidder shall be exclusive of Goods and Services Tax(GST). GST rates shall be mentioned by the bidders in Annexure-J. 4)Goods and Services Tax has not been included in the SOR and shall be payable extra only upon submission of Tax Invoice bearing GST Registration number. 5)Rates shall be firm duringthe entire execution period of the contract. 6) In case of any difference in item description/quantity/Unit in BoQ, Item description/Quantity/Unit indicated in the tender document shall prevail. 7) Bidder has to ensure complaince of Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojna (PMJJBY) & Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojna (PMSBY) 8) EVERY WORKER ENGAGED BY THE CONTRACTOR SHOULD BE ENROLLED UNDER THE FOLLOWING SCHEMES: - PRADHAN MANTRI JEEVAN BIMA YOJANA (PMJJBY) - PRADHAN MANTRI SURAKSHA BIMA YOJANA (PMSBY) UNDER THE TWO SCHEMES, AN AMOUNT OF RS. 342.00/- PER PERSON (AS ON DATE) PER ANNUM SHALL BE CONSIDERED BY THE PROSPECTIVE BIDDER WHILE SUBMITTING THE PRICE BID. SUBSEQUENT ESCALATION/ DE-ESCALATION SHALL BE ASSESSED BY THE CONTRACTOR AT HIS OWN. PROOF OF PAYMENT TOWARDS THE ABOVE TWO SCHEMES SHALL BE SUBMITTED BY THE CONTRACTOR TO EIC FOR VERIFICATION OF THE SAME FROM TIME TO TIME. 9) Having examined the Tender Documents consisting of Notice Inviting Tender, Instructions to Tenderers, Special Conditions of Contract, General Conditions of Contract, and Technical Specification regarding various jobs, Time Schedule, Schedule of Rates etc. of the said Tender Document and having thoroughly studied the requirement of Indian oil Corporation Limited relative to the work tendered for and having conducted a thorough study of job site (s) involved, the site conditions, soil conditions, the climatic conditions, labour, power, water, material and equipment availability, the transport and communication facility, temporaryoffice accommodation and all other facilities and things whatsoever necessary for the performance of the work in accordance with the termsand conditions and within the time mentioned in the tender document, I / Weherebyagreetoexecutetheabove work at :-

    1Supply of flame proof and weather proof fittings including EP/WP certificates as per the technical specifications attached: FLP/ WP Junction Box, Type D. (Nos. of terminals: 24 Nos.; Bottom entry: 1 No. - 1"; Left side entry: 3 Nos.- 1/2"; Right side entry: 3 Nos.- 1/2") along with FLP cable glands & FLP plugs for all the cable entries of the Junction as per technical specifications.
    2CABLE LAYING: Laying of armoured / unarmoured cables (control / signalling/ Triad/ LT cable etc.) and installation / pulling of telephone cables of all type in trenches, in cable racks, in trays, in protective pipes, poles, columns, in conduits, in panels, in buildings, walls, ceilings, and on structures etc.; including the supply and installation of all required materials such as fixing clamps, screws, cable straps, tags etc. as required (other than the supply of the conduits, cables, pipes, cable racks, trays, poles, structures and panels) complete in all respect,as per specifications,drawings and directions of the SiteEngineer, including cost of all labour, tools, consumable materials etc. and cutting the cables in required lengths:
    3Cables having outer diameter upto 20mm
    4Cables having outer diameter between 20 to 30 mm
    5Installation of explosion proof / flame proof junction boxes for marshalling of control / signalling cables, terminating the cables at field and control panel end, mounting the junction boxes, connecting to earthing grid by supplying and installing all the required materials such as supporting structure, cement concrete, painting, GI wire etc.(excluding supply of the Junction Boxes) complete in all respects as per specifications, approved drawings and direction of EIC / Site Engineerincluding all labour, tools, materials, glanding, ferruling etc.complete in all respects.
    6CABLE TRENCH: Excavation in unpaved areas of earth in work sites for conventional cable trenches for a depth upto 1.5 metres including shoring, strutting etc. (if necessary), backfilling the trench with excavated earth, as directed by Site Engineer, including all labour and materials complete as per drawings, specification and directions of Site Engineer.
    7WBM ROAD / CONCRETE BREAKING: WBM Road/concrete breaking for cable trenches including required shoring strutting etc., and repairing of the road/dyke to original condition and disposing off excess materials (within the work site) as per specifications and direction of the Site Engineer, job complete in all respects including the cost of labour, tools, materials, load, lift hire charges of equipments, if any.
    8Supply, installation & fixing of perforated GI trays of width 150 mm, 300 mm, 450 mm &600 mm as per site requirement for laying of cables with standard rung spacings. Load for support span of2.5 meter as 30, 60, 75 & 90 (in Kg/Mtr) respectively with concentricstatic load as 70 Kg at the centre, with materials, labour, tools andtackles, consumables etc , as per drawings, specification anddirections of Site Engineer / Engineer-in-Charge
    9GI CONDUITS - Supply, erection and installation of cable conduits made up of GI pipes of medium class "B" subject to owner"s approval in trenches (already made) on walls, concrete structures etc.; including the supply and installation of all the necessary pipe fittings such asbends, sockets, elbows, tees, etc. bending, threading, binding,clamping, providing spacers, plugs, packings, bushing etc. as required for laying of cables, in roads, station pipe crossings, building entry, cable rising up to the equipment etc. as per the drawings, specifications and directions of Site Engineer/ Engineer-in-charge, including the cost of all labour, tools & tackles, Materials etc. complete in all respects.
