Bids Are Invited Providing Services For M&O For Operation And Maintenance Of Ac Plants, Lifts And Other Misc Services At Nmrl Ambernath No 5 Of Boq For 3 Kilogram , Custombid For Services - As Per Srl Item No 6 Of Boq For 6Kilogram , Custom Bid For Services - As Per Srl Item No7 Of Boq For 250 Kilogram , Custom Bid For Services - Asper Srl Item No 8 Of Boq For 350 Kilogram Total Quantity : Providing services to operate VRF system (4 Set of 66HP to 88 HP) including all AHUs, Indoor units, Outdoor units of NMRL / MES, take care of all plants, cleaning of installation upto presentable manner and to ensure its smooth functioning of above mentioned installation in one General Shift of 08 hours ( i.e. from 0900 hours to 1700 hours per day on all working days except saturdays, sundays and holidays by deploying requisite well trained 02 mate electric services complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) The tradesmen should be well trained and having five years experience to operate VRF System and chilled water plant etc; complete. (ii) A log sheet shall be maintained and signed by both the parties indicating time in hour of services and break down attended by the contractor and the delay, if any. (iii) The contractor shall provide minimum no. of tradesmen as per Sch A notes 18 on srl page no.25 of tender documents. Per day 227.00 2 Providing services to attend all type of day to day E/M complaints connected with water coolers, window ACs, split AC and to operate package type AC at NMRL / MES in one general shift of 08 hours (i.e. from 0900 hours to 1700 hours) per day on all working days except sundays and holidays by providing requisite well trained tradesman (Refrigerator mechanic) & mate electric services with tools & equipments and in addition to that to operate package type AC as required by users complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The tradesman should be well trained and having two years experience in trade work complete all as specified. (ii) The contractor shall provide min no. of tradesmen as per Sch A notes 18 on srl page no.25 of tender documents. Per day 275.00 3 Providng services for services of lifts (02 Nos) at NMRL in general shift of 08 hours (i.e from 0900 hours to 1700 hours per day on all working days except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays by deploying requisite well trained Lift attendent complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) Unit quoted rate is deemed to be included for any due servicing of component and like wise any minor defect rectification as directed by Egineer-in-charge. (ii) No additional payments on account of transportation will be done by the department. (iii) The tradesman should be well trained and having two years experience in trade work complete all as specified. (iv) The contractor shall provide min no. of tradesmen as per Sch A notes 18 on srl page no.25 of tender documents. Note :The contractor shall provide min no. of tradesmen as per Sch A notes 18 on srl page no.25 of tender documents. Per day 275.00 Notes for Ser Item No 1 to 4 here in before :- (i) Consumable material such as Cotton waste, brooms, brushes required for the maintenance are deemed to be included in the above quoted rates. (ii) Consumable material as grease, gland packing, alum, bleaching powder required for the maintenance will be supplied by the Department on required basis (ii) Minor Tools, plants and safety eqpt including transportation of persons required for the maintenance and operation will be born by the contractor. No extra payment will be made on this account. (iii) Name of the individuals deployed for the services shall be exhibited at Pump house / installations. The contractor will submit verification in respect of antecedent of the individuals deployed and security passes shall be obtained well in advance for the individuals deployed for the services. (iv) The workers deployed on the services shall wear uniform as per standard industrial dress code to exhibit professionalism and integrity of the workers. The unit rate quoted against the items is deemed to be included for the same and no extra claim on this account shall be entertained by the Govt. (v) In case of rates quoted are lower than the minimum fair wages as fixed by the Govt of India / State Govt / Union Territory whichever is higher, the Accepting Officer shall have the rights to reject the offer. No claim or any sort of appeal on this account shall be entertained. (vi) Salary shall be paid by contractor to hired persons through Individual bank account with full fill all labour commissions direction and rules. (vii) The contractor shall provide minimum one No supervisor to suprevison the work of tradesmen in an area. The requirement of supervisory staff shall be at own cost of contractor. The supervisor shall report to Engineer-in-Charge and maintain an attedence register of all tradesmen employed. 5 Supply only Grease suitable for water pump sets and motors complete all as specified and directed.
