    Tender For Erection Of Stalls 1 ● Erection of approx. 250 nos. including two VIP lounges for of standard stall measuring 8’× 6’ with top and side covered by cardboards with carpet flooring, Name facia & one electric connection for light & power point in each stall under the covered area. ● Decoration of main gate and adjoining exhibition area near main entrance with red carpets. For Refreshment 1 ● Refreshment to approx. 1000 nos. of farmers and other official participants each day for five days. ● Fifteen (15) food counters with packed drinking water stalls for serving food on 5 days. ● Packed drinking water near main Pandal, various events, conference hall and exhibition stalls (5 days). ● Tea/coffee for VIPs and Dignitaries for approx. 200 nos. for two days (Inaugural- and Valedictory) and need based on rest three days. For Tentages 1. ● Tents for registration/announcement counters, food court, flower/fruit/dog show rural sports, registration counters etc. with complete of all covering an area of 60 tents 15x15 ft. ● Flooring and carpeting (good quality) 30ft × 500ft. ● Seating Chairs Plastic (50 No.) ● Installation of standing fans in the Pandal along with electricity points (30 No.) ● Tables complete in all respects (160 No.) Sound System with two podium, 6 mic and 8 speakers at 5 different locations
