6Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.
7Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (one or more coats) and of required shade on old work to give an even shade
8Providing and fixing good quality Wooden Panelling on walls and Ceiling making walls good by polishing the wooden surface including frame work, fixing of 08No"s LED Bulbs (In rooms) and 04 No"s in Verandah including all Electrical switch boards of 16Module, switches, good quality wiring alongwith accesseries complete.
9Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply, including all CPVC plain and brass threaded fittings. This includes jointing of pipes and fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement
10Providing and fixing 20mm thick wooden planks ceiling (frame work for base to be paid for separately) with M.S. screws 2nd class teak wood.
11Raised and cut Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)
12White washing with lime to give an even shade : 13.96.1 Old work (two or more coats)
13Providing corrugated G. S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface)excluding the cost of purlins, rafters.

15Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22mm thick in footpath and courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing, cleaning and curing complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand), light shade using white cement.
16Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shades, in skirting, riser of steps, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints.Size of tile 600x600 mm.
17Providing and fixing chromium plated brass curtain rod having wall thickness of 1.25mm with two chromium plated brass brackets fixed with C.P. brass screws and PVC sleeves etc., wherever necessary complete : 25mm Dia
18Renewing glass panes, with wooden fillets wherever necessary :Float glass panes of thickness 4.0 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)
19Uprooting rank vegetation and weeds by digging the area to a depth of 60 cm removing all weeds and other growth with roots by forking repeatedly, breaking clods, rough dressing, flooding with water, uprooting fresh growths after 10 to 15 days and then fine dressing for planting new grass, including disposal of all rubbish with all leads & lifts.

This includes jointing of pipes and fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Internal work-exposed on wall, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 meter spacing 20mm nominal outer dia pipes.
