2	Design, supply installatin of complete internal electrification scheme including artificial lighting for hangar as per IS 732-2019, IEC 60335 and NBC 2016. The following electric points and fixtures shall be provided inside the hangar 1. 3 Phase industrial socket 32 A - 04 Nos 2. 1 Phase industrial socket 20 A - 02 Nos 3. Power Point 16A/5A-20 Nos 4. Air Circulators Industrial type self standing 450mm sweep - 10 Nos. (i). Design details of internal electric wiring scheme including LDB, electrical points, artificial lighting scheme supported by DA Lux analysis has to be to be prepaired by the contractor and getting it approved. (ii) Design internal artificial lighting of work shop with suitable energy efficient LED fittings of reputed make having efficiency >100/m/w to ensure unform distribution of light with minimum lux level 300-500-750 as per NBC-2016and minimum glare level index should be less than 2 to enhance visual comfort. LED light fittings has to be suitably fitted on walls/ceiling considering safety and ease of maintenance. Selection of LED light fittings shall be as per NEC / relavent IS / ECBC norms.(iii) Internal electrification scheme including artificial lighting has to be vetted by NIT/IT/Government Engineering College and got approved by accepting officer before commencement of work
3	LIGHTNING PROTECTION: Supply & fix single pointed aluminium rod, 12 mm dia, 300 mm long Fiixed on roof including all fittings & fixtures and PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 blocks of size 100mm X 100mm X 100mmcomplete all as specified and directed
4	Supply & fix aluminium strip 25 mm x 3.15 mm fixed over procelin insulators of suitable size with fixing screws etc for fixing strip on roof and down conductors above ground allcomplete as specified and directed.
5	M & L for GI earth strip 32 X 6 mm with saddle and fixing screws burried in ground etc from test terminal block to earth pit complete all as specified and directed
6	M & L for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75x75x25mm drilled and secured including 4Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head brass screw including box of size 90mm x 90mm x 90mm made of 1.6mm plain sheet painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and secured to wall for protection of test point complete all as specified and directed
7	M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm size, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised steel strip of size 32x6mm as earth lead, by means of bolts, buts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, galvanized iron pipe of 40 mm diameter, connected to earthing test point, all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion and including excavation, earthwork, PCC earth pit of dimensions 550 mm X 550 mm (outer) and 300 mm X 300 mm (inner) and 250 mm deep, with a 10 mm thick CI cover, hinged to CI frame on ground level, GI watering pipe, funnel, etc. as all specified and directed.
