The Job Also Includes Complete Dressing, Backfilling And Levelling Of Trench Soil. 2 Repairs To Existing Damaged Rising Main At ( 05 ) Different Spots To Plug The Leakages By Way Of Fabrication Cutting, Welding And Using Requisite Number Of Flanges Nuts And Bolts Rubber Gaskets As Per Site Requirement. The Job Shall Include Arrangement Of Dg Set Along With The Carrier Vehicle To Carryout Welding Jobs At Said Locations. The Job Shall Further Include Arrangement Of Tools And Tackles And Skilled Labours 3 Replacement Of Extensively Damaged / Leaking Portions Of Rising Main Under Earth By Way Of Laying And Fitting Of 65Mm Dia, 40 Mts ( Approx ) Long, B-Class G.I. Pipes Having Is Code:1239 / 3589 The Job Includes Fabrication, Providing And Fitting Of 65 Mm Dia G.I Flanged Bends ( 04 No ) , Flanges, Rubber Washers, Nuts & Boltsas Per Site Requirements. The Job Includes Arrangement Of D.G Set At Site For Welding And Cutting Purpose Including Transportation / Carriages, Tools And Tackles Needed At Site By Firm. The Job Shall Include Testing Of Pipe Line On Full Load.. 4 Repairs To The 63 Kva Ht / Lt ( Al ) Transformer By Way Of:- ( 1 ) Disconnecting The Transformer From Ht / Lt Circuit. ( 2 ) De-Mounting Of Transformer From Its Platform And Loading It In A Private Load Carrier For Shifting From Siteto Workshop. ( 3 ) Opening Of The Transformer Involving Removing Of Top Cover And Lifting Of The Core, Checking Ht / Lt Coils, Core Thoroughly After Draining Of The Transformer Oil By Suitable Means. ( 4 ) P / F Lt / Ht Bush Rods With Bushes. ( 5 ) Filtering The Transformer Oil To Remove Moisture, Impurities Completely From Oil And Then Back Filling It Into The Transformer. ( 6 ) Providing / Filling Of Transformer Oil Of Required Viscosity And Dielectric Strength 60 Lts By Suitable Means ( For Topping Up ) . ( 7 ) Drying Out Of The Transformer Core-Winding Assembly In Oven For Moisture Removal And Complete Bonding Between Winding And Insulation Till Peak Value Of Insulation Resistance Is Achieved. ( 8 ) Open Circuit, Short Circuit And Step Up Testing Of Assembled Transformer. ( 9 ) Loading Of Transformer Into A Private Load Carrier By Suitable Means Shifting It Back To The Site And Installing The Same. ( 10 ) Reconnecting The Transformer In The Circuit And Then Testing It On No Load And Full Load.
