    Quotation - For “Preparation Of Panel Board 200 Amp”- Design, Fabrications, Supply and erection of floor mounted out door PDB Panel as per given Specification on following switchgears / SFU. The panel will be manufactured / Fabricated in accordance with IS specifications using good quality 14/16 SQG CRCA sheets, dust and vermine proof Aluminium / GI busbar of suitable size rated to the I/C switch gear heat srinkable colour code sleeves and busbar supports and assembly. INCOMING: a) 200A, FP, 25KA SFU – 1 No b) Phase Indicating lamps LED type with fuse control – 1 Set c) On, Off, Trip, indication lamps – 1 Set d) 0 to 100A Ampere meter with selector switch with 3 Nos of 100 A / 5A, CL-1, 15VA CTs with tape wound – 1 Job e) 0 to 500 V voltage meter with selector switch – 1 Job OUTGOINGS: a) 100A, TPN, MCB / SFU – 4 Nos b) 16A, SP, mcb- - 2 Nos BUS BAR 32 mm x 3 mm 2 Providing end terminations for following size cables including supply of compression type cable gland, lugs, insulation tape and identification tags complete with end termination and earthing of gland. (A) 3.5 core x 120 sqmm Aluminium Cable for PDB Incoming 02 Rs. ___________/- (B) 3.5 core x 90 sqmm Aluminium Cable for PDB Outgoing 08 Rs. ___________/- 3 Providing G.I. earth station, with 40mm dia, 2500mm long galvanized iron pipe including construction of brick pedestal providing CI cover and other Civil works, spreading a homogenous mixture of salt charcoal around the pipe etc., Completely as per IS 3043, 1987 or latest revision. 04 Rs. ___________/- 4 Supply and lying of 25 x 3 mm Cu strip for pdb from earth station
