Note:- (i) RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC(1:2:4) type B1, 80mm thick rainforced with XPM weighing not less than 4kg/sqm in lieu of CI cover. (ii) Cost of additional GI strip more than 7.5 mtrs will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.
2M & L for servicing of (as described below) of indoor/outdoortype HT 11 KV VCB of various capacity of Make Crompton Greaves/ABB/ SIEMENS (a) Servicing and inspecting of draw out type trolly mounted, manual spring charge ON-OFF mechanism and testing for proper functioning of ON and OFF operation ,servicing of male female contacts,greasing all the mechanical components and applying dry graphite conductive sealent for contacts.(b) Cleaning,inspecting and testing HT 11 KVbus bar ,Checking of insulators at input and output for any crack of damages, Checking of cable termination for all the three phases, Cleaning the copper bus bar , checking for proper insulation ,tightening all the nuts ,bolts of bus bar.(c) Cleaning ,inspecting and testing of electrical wiring system, ammeter,voltmeter, VAF meter, selector switch, all illuminated indicators for RYBphase ,DC supply healthy,spring charge ,trip circuit healthy etc(d) Cleaning, inspecting and testing for over current relay ,CT for ammeter ,PT for voltmeter for display of voltage HT 11 KV (e) Setting of earth fault relay and over cuurrent relay as per ,manfacrurers"s recommendetion and site requirement
3NOTE: (i)Cost of all the material , components, repairs, elements as per above as well as other elements (except supply only of the components considerd under itemsherein after to the extent required and operated ) to make the VCB,s/RMUs/SF6 CB complete functional shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the contractor.
4(ii)Individual Breaker SF6/VCB shaall be considered as one unit andabove job is to be carried out unitwise.Above job will be carried out by licenced technician as aproved by GE.
5(iii) Any accident/mishapenning occurred during the execution of work shall be responsibity of the Contractor.
6(iv)All necessary tools & plants required for carrying out above job will be provided by contractor and the cost of the same are deemed to be included in quoted rate.
7(v) Inventry of defective parts to bereplaced by contractor will be prepared by joint inspection with contractor
8M & L for calibration of IDMT miscroprocessor based numeric relay (Three nos overcurent and one no earth fault relay) fixed in 11 KV HT panel by primary and secondary injection methodand setting the relay tripping timing in advance to match the outgoing load on the incoming andout going feeders complete all as specified and directed
9Note :(i)Individual Breaker SF6/VCB/RMUs shall be considered as one unit andabove job is to be carried out unitwise.Above job wii be carried out by licenced technician as aproved by GE.
10(ii) Any accident/mishapenning occurred during the execution of work shall be responsibity of Contractor.
11(iii)All necessary tools & plants required to carry out above job will be provided by contractor and the cost of the same deemed to be included in queoted rate.
12Supply, install, testing and commissioning of microprocessor based numeric feeder protection relay ( over current three nosand earth fault one no)with low set, high set testing, typeMake; REF 615 of ABB or equivalent in L&T /Simense for11 KV HT panel incl taking down old u/s relay complete all as specified & directed.
13S&F in replacement cable jointing kit11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination Cold shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPEarmoured aluminumconductor cabe of size95 sqmm , complete all as specfied and directed.
14Disconnecting all in coming and outgoing cables, removing the transformer from the platform / two pole structure / floor and loading it in the vehicle carefully using crane and transporting it to approved nearby workshop, for carrying out maintenance of transformer all as specified in IS -10028 (part III) - 1981 following by Opening of transformer cover, draining out oil, de-tanking core and coil assembly,cleaning, washing of dust and dirt etc from all parts including core and tank, cooling tubes of radiators, re-assembling of core and winding after carrying out necessary repair and replacement of defective items including providing all necessary insulation material of appropriate class including varnishing drying out in vacuumchamber till specified IR values are achieved if required, complete insulation varnishing to be doneand providing new gasket, nuts , bolts,and checking of leakages if any,rectifying the same by welding, checking of tap change if found faulty, repair / replace the same etc, replacement ofsilica gel and reassembling of complete transformer all as directed by Engr-in-Charge , including testing as per relevantIS and transporting back the transformer after repair/maintenance to the site , installing it, reconnecting all the incoming and out going cables by properly using insulation tape and testing complete of following capacities.
15(a)250 to400 KVA 11000/433 Volt Distribution transformer
16(b) 100 to 200 KVA 11000/433 Volt Distribution transformer
17Note - (i) Cost of items required to be replaced will be measured and paid seperately as supply only under relievent items of this contract. The labour charge for replacing the same are deemed to be included in the rates quoted. (ii) The cost of painting inside & outside of transformer also deemed to be included in the rates quoted. (As per IS -10028 (part III) - 1981.) (iii) The standby transformer will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost for continuous power supply, while carrying out repair of transformer. (iv) Any other items which is required to be provided for smooth functioning of transformer but not specified above shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost . The cost of the same are deemed to be included in the rates quoted. (v) The inventries of all defective items to be replaced/repaired will be prepaired jointly by Engr-in Charge and contractor at the time of inspection of defective trasformer after opening at the firm"s workshop. The inventries will be signed by both Engr-in Charge and contractor before starting of repair work. (vi) The transformer will be got repaired from approved manufacturer /workshop having licence for the same, The firm shall be got approval from GE.
18Supply only newHV coil of copper conductor suitable for 11 KV distribution transformer complete alongwith insulating material duly varnished by vacuum impregnation (as per sample) and backed coil assembly complete all as specified & directed.

30M&L for Filteration/ dehydrationand cleaning of transformer oil off line by dehydration plant including testing of samples before and after dehydration and filtration, dielectric strength should not less than 55 KV at2.5 mm gap after dehydration/filtration all as specified and directed. Note:- For running of filtration plant the arrangement of electric supply / DG set should be made by contractor and the cost of same deemed to be include in quoted rate.
31Supply, installation, commissioning and testing in repacementof HT 11 KV outdoor type gang operated triple pole air break switch suitable for Horizontal or vertical mounting fixed type complete with 12 insulator 200 amps rating and steel frame mechanically oprated mechanism consisting of operating rod of 25 mm bore light grade GI pipe of suitable length worked from ground level and with locking arrangement flat iron clamp 50 mmx6mm including MS channel of suitable size length for fixing GOD including bolts, nuts and washer complete all as specified and directed. 34M&L, for galvanized steel wire 3.15 mm or4mm dia continous earth wire on pole or guard wire for protecting fallen overhead conductor incuding winding wire of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.
35Restrechingonly over head ACSR conductor / earth wire of any size and type comprising of one conductors/wire over steel tubular poles, incl opening, streching, binding and jointing the conductor to insulater with and incl 14 SWG binding wire and tape the jumper complete all as specified and directed.
36M&L for punning of tree branches touching to electric overhead lines with growth around LT/HT overhead lines poles and stay complete to clear span of 2 mtr all around the OH line poles with all tools and plants as required at site by the contractor including cleaning the area/site. Note: (i) Any breakdown of line caused duringg the punningg shall be made good by the contractor without any extra cost (ii) Distance between pole to pole shall be measured as one span. (iii) Only those span will be measured in which trees are alives.
37Supply & fixing in replacement pin type composite polymer insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle , two galvanised iron washer and one galvanised iron nut,suitable ffor 1100V grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge

101M&L for installation of 3D Acrylic letter board of various sizes consisting of following specification :- (i) Frame work for glow sign board to be made with MS square pipe of size 25x25x2.6mm cut to required size incl welding, drilling holes, bending etc and painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete for required size complete. (ii) ACP Sheet of 0.8 mm thickness cut to required size and fixed by screwing, drilling holes, bending etc from all sides of the board except front.(iii) Acrylic sheet milky white colour 3.0mm thickness cut to required size and fixed in front. (iv) Matter for writing, Colour, type and size of font will be approved by GE.(v) Creating 3D Acrylic letters from the design approved by GE, using a laser cutting machine followed by extrading in 3D using a metthod called skirting. (vi) LED modules fitted in the hollow space beneath the 3D letters or logo of signboard with necessary electric fittings and connection from existing pole / DB complete.(vii) MS square pipe for support 100x100x5mm shall be used for support of board and painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer. Note:- (i) Grouting the support pipe in Brickwork/RCC pillars using (1:3:6) PCC shall be considered in quoted rate for this item. (ii) The support MS Square pipe to be fixed in ground/pillar all as per specified and as directed. (iii) Sintex junction box fixed with 1 MCB SP of capacity 06 to 10 Amp for ON/OFF control of glow sign board and cable for making connection from existing pole / DB / Busbar to Junction box deemed to be included in the rates quoted.
