3Design, supply, installation, connection, testing and commissioning of crash rated Electro Hydraulic tyre killer for a road width of around 8.0 mtr. having following minimum features: i) The system shall consist of spikes at an angle of 60° made up of tampered steel along with all other accessories. ii) Provision of power off operation, manual operation, safety interlock detector, stop/go traffic light, sump pump, hydraulic power unit, control and logic circuit etc. iii) Height of the spikes of the Tyre killer in guard position shall be 450 mm as measured from the top of the foundation frame to the top of the barrier inclusive of the top road plate. iv) Each Tyre killer (or set) shall be capable of being raised or lowered within 2 to 3 seconds. v) Tyre killer shall be capable of operation of around 200 cycles per hour or more. vi) Capable of manual operation with the help of hand pump in the event of prolonged power interruption. vii) The system shall be able to bear axle load of minimum 20 tons of a moving vehicle. viii) Having Safety Interlock Detector. ix) Having Stop/Go Traffic Lights. x) Capable to operate in temperature -200 C to 600 C. xi) Suitable to operate on power supply 440/3/50 (voltage, phase and frequency). Motor shall be sufficiently sized for continuous rating. xii) Having control and logic circuit contain all relays, timers, programmable logic controller and other devices. 7Supply, Installation, Testing commissioning ofMotorized, Automatic/Manual operated Electric Sliding Gate made of minimum 15mm MS section, incorporating infill (horizontal / vertical) supports single partition type having overall height of 2 mtr and width not less than 8 mtr length with clear opening 7 mtr and equipped with remote/manual operation facility. The gate shall be epoxy painted and shall be provided with sliding gate drive unit, MS post for holding top edge necessary bottom and Top Steel Rollers, side Nylon Rollers with Double Ball Bearing etc. as required self- backing 4 Module Rack, Emergency release, Control Box, Electronic Breaking etc. including necessary control connections etc. complete as required. 9Supply and laying of 80mm dia medium class GI Pipe in ground i/c excavation and refilling soil & making good the same etc. complete as required as per direction of EIC.
10Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 4 X 35 sq. mm (32mm)
11Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. Upto 35 sq. mm

13Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.
