The entire panel shall have one common copper bar of size 20 mm x 5 mm at the rear with 2 earth studs/terminals. |
| 4 | The panel shall be supplied with a bottom base MS channel, not less than 100 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm thick. Suitable size of M.V. Danger Boards shall be fixed on panel. The panel base should have four 300 mm long legs (made of angle irons 50 x 50 x 6 mm) to raise the panel from the floor, and a removable 2 mm thick powder-coated CRCA sheet cover must be provided on four sides of the pedestal. The base frame of the panel should be grouted into the floor with four 12mm dia x 200mm long bolts and nuts.The panel shall have provision to accommodate the following switch gears as mentioned below in Item No 2 and with the required front area (approximate front area 1800 mm X 2200 mm) and depth minimum 300 mm. (Drawings will be approved before fabrication of the panel). |
