Bids Are Invited For 1 BOQ_1 S&F for mild steel work as in roof trusses (framed) , trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastening and heavy brackets framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel of flat section) incl distance pieces, cleats etc conforming Fe 410-W (Gde E 250) quality A complete all as specified and directed. 2 BOQ_2 S&F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall , fixed with self tapping screws as specified 3 BOQ_3 Prepartion of steel surfaces over 10 Cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer all as specified 4 BOQ_4 M&L in reapirs for providing and fixing gypsum board false ceiling of 12 mm thick fine fissure board sharped finished mineral fiber accountic false ceiling tiles with back of the duly sanded and finished with a coat of protective paint and front duly finished of ARMSTONG/NITHOBO flase system of size (600x600)mm having noise reduction co-efficient of 0.55 light reflection of 80% thermal conductivity k=0.057 W/WWC and humidity resistance of 95% fixed to true look PVC die KL-24 suspension system ( hot dipped galvanised steel section) of exposed T Section grid with exposed face powder coated white colour. The suspension system consisting of parameter wall angle of size (24x24)mm of thickness 0.45 of mm c/c universal main runner of T shape with double rotary stiching of size (38x 24)mm of length 1200mm made from 0.33 GS steel of length 3.60 mtr to be spced at 600x600mm size) c/c cro runner T shape with double rotary siticing of size (30x24)mm of length 1200mm made from 0.25mm thick GS sheet spaced @ 600mm c/c (600mmx600mm) size. The grid will be fitted with 50mm thick 32 kg/cum fibre glass insulation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge 5 BOQ_5 Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc 6 BOQ_6 M&L 15mm thick rendering on brick surface in cm 1:6 to finished even and fair 7 BOQ_7 M&L for digital design glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface of size of each tile 300 x 450 mm /350x250 mm and 7 to 8 mm thick fixed to set and joint in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the same complete all as specified and directed. 8 BOQ_8 Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in groundfloors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level etc. 9 BOQ_9 M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone agg 40 mm thick all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. 10 BOQ_10 M&L for coloured printed non skid tiles area of each tile exceeding exc 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed with neat cement slurry pointed with colour cement to match the floor, and including 15 mm thick screed bed cement mortar in CM 1:4 and including the chipping of the existing PCC floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge 11 BOQ_11 Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Chief.etc. complete all as specified and directed. 12 BOQ_12 Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings (like handles / tower bolts etc) wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket required including all Fittings shall with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Chief etc. complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Floor spring/door closer ,Glazing & panelling shall be measured and paid separatly 13 BOQ_13 S & F in repair 5.5 mm thick sheet glass, obscured or frosted, on one side and glazing with rubber bidding in aluminium frames in squares exceeding 0.5 Sq. M in each pane 14 BOQ_14 M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls including preparing old plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper all as directed and as directed 15 BOQ_15 S&F anodised aluminium frames for doors, windows , ventilators partition with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc all as specified
