| 1 | Assistance for day to day cleaning of Area Hospital building and premises which include : (a) Sweeping and mopping of floors, cleaning of dado with wet cloth, removing spider webs from walls and ceilings, cleaning of doors and windows with wet cloth, cleaning and dusting of wire mesh etc. (b) Daily sweeeping and brooming at the locations open to sky. (c) Daily cleaning of W.C. pans, urinals and wash basins(d) Cleaning grass as and when required / once a month (e) Cleaning of roof by sweeping and brooming and brooming as and when required(f) Cleaning of drains as and when required / once a month (g) Cleaning of chocked inspection chambers and sanitary pipelines as and when required (h) Daily collection of garbage (except bio-medical waste) as designated points. Bio waste should be kept in bio medical waste room.i) Other allied jobs related to cleaning. All the above jobs to be carried out as per instructions of officer-In-Charge. The contractor has to deploy 5 sweepers daily in shifts, with shift-wise deployment as per instructions of Officer-In-Charge. |
| 2 | Contractual assistance at female ward of Area Hospital by providing female sweepers for day to day maintenance cleanliness in labour room, female ward and toilets of female ward and other related works as per instructions of CMO or representative. {The contractor has to deploy one female sweeper in each shift i.e. 3 (three) female sweepers per day} |
