After Testing, The Valves To Be Closed , Flanges Re Fixed In Cr Tanks, Foam Makers Re- Blinded In Case Of Cr Tanks, Glass In Foam Porers Fixed , Drain Valves Openedand Water Drained In Main Rings. In Case Of Any Leakage Through Pipes The Sections To Be Identified And Reported. 2	Daily Visual Checking of All Foam Pourer line /valves to be carried out and any lekage to be arrested immediately.Operation of valves of foam pourer line of tanks, de blinding beyond foam maker in case of CR tanks for checking the operation of foam pourer system of tanks. After testing, the valves to be closed ,flanges re fixed in CR tanks,foam makers re- blinded in case of CR tanks,glass in foam porers fixed , drain valves openedand water drained in main rings. In case of any leakage through pipes the sections to be identified and reported. Leaky and damaged drain valves to be replaced/ repaired if necessary. Record to be Maintained Six Monthly.

6	Dailychecking of firehydrant water system for leakages through flanges,monitors and hydrant valves- attending leakages, tightening glands,replacing washers in double hydrants and attending any other minor repairs for arresting leakage in monitors and hydrant valves in Hydrant system- Consumables to be provided by IOCL
7	Lining up and operating of gate valves,MOV"s running of FE pumps for effecting re-circulation of water in the entire fire hydrant system .After completion, hydrant line gate valves to be closed/operated as directed The job also includes flushing of dead ends. All sections to be considered and schedule to be maintained so that recirculation for all the individual sectionsare completedin one week.
8	Servicing of water cum foam monitorms(WCFM) &water monitors(WM),Hydrant Point including greasing of swivel joints to ensure smooth rotation of the monitors in both horizontal and vertical direction, checking for leakage in PVC hose in WCFM and replacing the hoses if required, checking functioning of fog as well as jet operation in WCFM &the functioning of NRV in foam induction pipes so that there is no back flow of water into foam tanks. Schedule to be maintained so that all the WCFM/ water monitors are covered in a quarter.

16	Servicing of First Aid Safety Trolley/Foam trolleys/ material mhandling trolley - Greasing, Tyres air filling, minor repairs etc. This includes testing of Mobilew HVLRtrolleys 1000/ 750/500 GPM for reach and throw of foam . 17	Operation of fire hand sirens for checking its operation and undertaking necessary maintenance as advised.
18	Providing assisstance for monthly cleaning & inspection of PPEs ( Proximity suit,Scaba,First aid box in Admin office,Control room & in fields).The job includes replacement of first aid box as instructed by Officer in charge-First aid box to be supplied by IOCL
19	Assistance in MEFG system testing in tanks dykes - operation of valves, transportation of foams
20	Assisstance for monthly testing of HVLR - operation ofHVLR"s from remote control panel to check the horizontal/vertical/nozzle(fog/jet) movement and the open/close/stop operation of MOV. The job also includes lubrication of gear box , cleaning/greasing of nozzle head and testing of sensors for correct operation or undertaking maintenance works as per direction of officer in charge. All materials to be provided by IOCL.
21	Monthly testing of MCP"s to verify its functionality including simulating the events and conditions that are to be executed during an emergency situation. MCP"s shall be greased as per schedule for proper operation,response and alarming.
22	Monthly Inspection of Eye Wash Safety Shower and working to be ensured .
23	Assistance during monthly fire drill/ERD - arranging safety equipments in site, re-positiong in store/field after drill.
24	Replenishment of Diesel in Fire Engine diesel tank (6 nos.) & includingoperaing valves in Pump house etc.Cleaning of Fire Engine diesel Tank to be done in quarterly basis.Records of the same to be maintained.
25	Pressure gauge replacement/fixing; Pressure gauges to be provided by IOCL.Undertaking routine maintenance of two numbers ofair compressors as instructed by IOCL. The job mainly includes Checking of coolant level and replenishing if necessary, changing of oil filter/ air filter/seperator element,checking of the heat exchangers(coolers) for build up of foreign matter and cleaning if necessary by blowing out with air, tightening of nuts/bolts, changing of washeras directed by officer in charge. The job also includes routine draining of condensates from dischage valves near pressure vessels.
26	Daily Checking of Wiondsocks and Maintenace/Replacement of windsocks as advised by EIC.
27	Providsing assitant for all safety events Like Safety week,Security week,Road safety week,swakchta Abhiyan,TT Crew training Etc.Ensure all Safety board,SOP Board etc is properly placed.

30	operation of OWS, operation of OWS pump/portable pump as per need; assistance in collection through gully sucker and closing of all dyke valves& OWS outlet after operation as per direction of officer in charge.
31	Monthly Checking of Security Equipment/Gadgets Like Tyre Ripper,under search Mirror trolley,traffic cone ,Speed braker Etcand proper functioning to be ensured.Consumable to be supplied by IOCL
32	Daily Visual Inspectionaof Safety harness belt installed at TLF,Calibration tower and TT inspection tower and ensure its proper functioning also cleaning of all safety ahrness belt to be done monthly.Record to be maintained.
33	Ensure Cleaning of Store andSpares of Safety equipment is kept at proper place in Store.
34	Replenishment of Foam in foam tank including shifting of foam cans from store/field and all related works.Cleaning of Foam tanks to be done as per direction of EIC.
