(ii) Grease and lubricating oil shall be provided by the contractor at his own end and nothing extra shall be payable on this account. (iii) Cleaningall swimming pool building inside, plant room,equipments including sarrounding area of the building minimum for five meter all around of bldgs . Also inculde white washing of equpiment / plant room (iv) Check and ensure serviceability of all self priming recirculation pump of single stage / horizontal self priming pump set of 3.5Hp / 3.26 KW Capacity and other connected items. (v) Weekly Periodical maintenance shall be done in presence of JE (E/M), Also as and when the periodical maintenance will be commenced, contractor shall inform to AGE (E/M) and JE (E/M) one day before, so that necessary check and balance for supervision of work can be exercised by the executives.Also contractor shall obtain certificate of work done on weekly basis after execution of work . |

| 3 | Daily maintenance of swimming pool, water quality as per IS:3328 of 1993 & amended 2010, of size 25m x 12.5m x 5.5m deep (Summer & Manson) including Sunday& Holidays, by providing one skilled man power with the help of pool maintenance equipement, cleaning pool water by removing deposited mud, silt and all other accumulated material from the bottom and side, channels, by brushing bottom surface with suction/sweeper, also topping up the pool for fresh water required including adding the chemicals for disinfection of water and maintaining desired parameter of water as per IS norms complete all as specified. NOTE :- (i) Swimming pool chemicals shall be issued under relevent item of this schedule for treatment of swimming pool water. (ii) Chemical to be supplied under relevent item of this schedule shall be used in accordance to the directions issued by Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) Contractor shall provide pool maintenance equipment to his workmen deployed on the job. However, the rate of this item shall include this aspect. (vi) The brand and make of the chlorination chemical must be recommended and certified by All India Institute of Hygiene & Public Health (Govt. of India), confirming compliance to all the above specifications with a declaration from the laboratory that from the technical, strength, stability, health, safety, and operational point of view, as well as the fact that this product is used for drinking water applications for consumption by humans, the brand and make of Calcium based granular chlorination chemical, bleachig powder & NaDCC are suitable for drinking water chlorination and are recommended for use.
