od22498/2019_2020 : Veneered MDF Slat +Gypsum Wall? providing and fixing 15mm Veneered MDF slats (Green Max Panels or equivalent make) of width between 4 to 5 inch. Same is fixed on a 19mm x 50mm plywood strips (commercial grade) horizontally spaced and fixed at every 600mm on the existing wall channel of 50mm depth. MDF Slats are vertically spaced with a gap/grove of 5mm to 8mm. The same is backed with 48kg/m3 density/50mm thick rock wool and covered with reinforced poly tissue of 80GSM on one side and 12.5mm gypsum board (Gyproc or equvalent) on the other side to achieve an NRC not less than 0.70. This includes cost of labor, materials, hardware?s, scaffoldings etc.

od22501/2019_2020 : Providing and fixing of Amstrong mineral fibre acoustic suspended ceiling system with DUNE (MICRO LOOK) EDGE TILES WITH AMSTRONG 15 mm SILHOUETTE GRID WITH BLACK REVEAL SYSTEM . The tile should have humidity resistance (RH) of 99% , NRC upto 0.5, light reflectancegreater than 85% , thermal conductivity(k) of 0.052 to 0.057 w/mk, colour white , fire performance class 0 to class 1 (BS 467 Part 6 and 7) in module size of 600x600x16 mm with Bio Block coating on the face of the tile ,siutable for green building application , with recycling content 63% the grid should be of (Amstrong )make with 15 mm wide T-section flanges, colour white having rotary stitching on all T- section ie the main runner 1200x 600 mm cross tees. The tee section have a galvanising of 120g/m2 and passed through 500 hrs of salt test.
