All the structural work shall be finished and painted as per suitability and requirement.The Scope shall be complete with the following componentsincluding design of all other allied componentsrequired for the proper functioning of Puzzle system as per Specifications and Makes as specified in RFP anddirection of Engineer-in-Charge:A Accesscontrolsystem,Ticketingcardreader(OneatEachModule),software,200nos card, server etc complete and Digital board for Capcity/vaccancy Indication.B Suitable structure frame work, motorized pallet up-down and transverse movement with2500kgcapacitycompletewithallcomponents,wireropes,chains,locking devices, safety devices, platforms etc.C Electrical,controlSystem,sensorsystem,all requiredpanels, earthings,Powerand Data cables including 1 seperate PLC for each module (+ 1 spare PLC totally in case of failurerelatedreplacementinanyPLCinstalledwitheitherofthemodules)with Complete PLC wiring, Wiring from main panel and sensors, complete with PLC+electrical installation, Mechanical equipment, contactors, Sensor- Control systemnecessaryelectricfittings.etccomplete.IncludingSystemintegrationor smooth automatic operation of parking system (in-caseofPLCfailure,requiredreplacementofPLCsholdbedonewithin45 minutes)D Entry & exit units with Automatic barriers at the main entry & exit with interlinking & programming with the Puzzle parking system for hasle free custemer interface.E Installation, System Integration, testing, trial run and commissioning of entire parking system.
340	Note : 1. The scope of work in the above items includes all Steel structure frame work, Design of electrical/mechanical components as required for satifactory functioning of theparkingsystemasperperformanceparametersandchecks.Themodulewise seperation of the whole parking system shall be detailed in drawings and may be referred accordingly. The specifications & makes shall be detailed in RFP II.2. All civil works of foundation/ facade etc shall be additionally detailed, However the Bidder must consider the superstructure arrangement of the parking structure within its quoted rates.3. Structure must be inclusive of additional load for \"structure of1 no. fire escape staircase\" per module. ; structural load of 3.nos. Walkway along Long face (Front) of each Module; Overhead Watertank of 30,000 Ltrs as per marked location in the drawing.4. Emergency Replacable inventory of Components/ Equipment of min. adequate nos. of Chain, Wire Rope, Motors (both lifting and traversing motors), critical sensors, PLC etc should be kept at site to be replaced in case of breakdown and inclusive of rates.
