Process shall consist of laying out panels, placing side form channels to true and proper level on cement mortar bed, poker vibrating the concrete followed by atleast two passes of screed vibrator, followed by one pass of levelling beam , all using 2 to 3mm flat on sides to allow for shrinkage on dewatering the consolidated slab, floating the vaccumed slabwith one pass of skim floater, finishing with atleast two passes of trowel using skim floater to give desired finish. Reinforcement steel shall be paid separately. The applicator for tremix flooring shall be as per make list complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge. |
