Temperature control range: ambient to 65°C4. Detection method: Absorbance.5. Read Method: Endpoint, kinetic, spectral scanning and well-areascanning6. It should have the provision of upgradable to nanodrop sample analysis and capacity to read micro volume (minimum: 2ul) microplate.7. Applications: Nucleic acid quantification, Protein analysis, Spectral analysis, Colorimetric assays, quantitative and quantitative elisas, Drug dissolution, Cytotoxicity assay and kinetic profiling.8.
