Name of Work: Construction of PEB parking shed at IBP Terminal, Kondapalli for PHPL Project, Vijayawada NOTE: 1. Please enable macros before filling the rates to see the quoted figures in words. 2. The bidder shall quote firm prices “Excess(+)/ At Par/ Less(-)” against the rates mentioned in the price schedule provided in BoQ1 sheet as per instructions provided herein after taking into account all the tender terms and conditions and scope of work. In case rates are quoted to more than 2 decimal places then, the amount quoted towards the tender shall be worked out for the rates quoted to first 2 decimal points without rounding off. 3. Only "Bidder Name", "Excess (+) or "At Par" or Less (-)" & "Percentage" are to b e filled by the bidder in the designated "Sky Blue cells". For "At Par" selection, the percentage quoted shall be treated as 0.00 and quoted amount at par with estimate. 4. In case of any difference in item description/unit/quantity in BOQ, then the item description/quantity/unit given in the tender document shall prevail. 7.The rates quoted by the tenderer shall include all cost towards equipment, labour & laboratory back-up, logistics, transport, spares, tools, tackles, consumables, etc., travel and stay arrangements and other incidentals including supply of materials as may be necessary for rendering the services as per detailed specifications. 8. Goods and Services tax as per GST Act 2017 for concerned services has been added to the base price of below mentioned services. If the bidder wishes to quote some other Goods and Services tax rate other than mentioned in the price schedule provided in BoQ1 sheet, they may quote the same in "Annexure H". Statutory variation on Goods and Services Tax as applicable for the category/service shall be to Owner’s account up to the contractual completion period. Reverse charges mechanism on Goods and Services tax amount shall be applicable as per Govt. rules. 9. Bidders are advised strictly not to alter or change the BOQ format/ contents. 19Design, Fabrication, Transportation, Supply, Painting, Installation, Erection and Fixing of factory finished custom designed Cold Formed Light Gauge Steel Framed Pre-Engineered Building as per Technical Specifications comprising of: (1) Cold Formed Members such as Columns, Rafters, Crane Beams, FOs, Purlins, Girts, Eave Struts, C-Sections, etc. (2) Eave Gutter & Down take Pipes - 0.50mm thick coated with Silicon Modified Polymer (3) Hot Rolled sections and all necessary connections, plates, etc. (4) Anchor Bolts (5) Connection Bolts(6) Accessories like Heavy Duty Tension Ties, Light Duty Hold-ons, Twist Straps (to connect truss with wall frames), Strong Tie, Tie Rod, H-Brackets, Boxing Sections, L-Shaped Angles, Hill Side Washers, etc. for better structural stability. [Notes: (1) Pre-Engineered Building shall be designed as per IS:801 using commercially available software such as Frame CAD Pro-11.7/ STAAD PRO-V8i/ Architek V2.5.16/ Revit Architecture-2011 or equivalent. (2) The scope of item also includes design of foundation for PEB and submission of design details along with detailed drawings for approval of the Engineer-in-Charge. (3) The quantity indicated herein is tentative and may vary depending upon the approved design of PEB. (4) Members such as Purlins, Girts, Eave Struts, C-Sections, etc. shall be manufactured out of minimum 0.75 mm thick steel sheet as per design requirements. The steel sheet shall be galvanized (AZ-150 gms Aluminium Zinc Alloy coated steel having minimum yield strength 300-550 Mpa) conforming to AISI specifications and IBC 2009 for Cold Formed Steel framing & construction and also as per IS: 875-1987, ISO 800-1984 and IS: 801-1975. (5) All self drilling tapping screws for joining the members shall have a Type-II coating in accordance with ASTM B 633(13) or equivalent corrosion protection of gauge 10 & 12, TPI 16 & 8 of length 20 mm. (6) 1 coat of primer and minimum 2 coats of finished paint of approved shade to be applied on blasted surface. After erection, touch up finish paint to be applied wherever necessary. (7) Providing, fabricating and supplying Hot-Dip Galvanized Holding Down Bolts including all assembles and accessories, required to be embedded in concrete work and base plate are included in this item. The bolts shall be of sufficient length to ensure that a minimum 40mm length of threaded portion is embedded in concrete. Threaded portion to be left projecting outside the concrete surface shall be as per requirement of design and approved drawings. Cost of fabricated, assembled and supplied bolts shall include all necessary expenses incurred including costs of all washers nuts lock nuts and pins that may be required for securing the structural member with the embedded bolts. Work of actual fastening of the structural components with the embedded bolts is also included in this item. However installation of the foundation bolts shall be covered in the relevant concreting item. The quoted rate for the item shall include cost of executing the work for bolts of all diameters and lengths. (8) The rate includes the concept design, detailed design, fabrication of sections, painting, transportation, installation and all required fixing arrangement including double steel scaffolding at site as described above.
20Designing, providing, fabricating and fixing profiled sheeting 730-1020 mm cover width, 28-30 mm crests @ 186-333 mm centre to centre, manufactured out of 0.45 mm BMT (Base Metal Thickness) Hi-Tensile Steel (Minimum yield strength of 550 MPa) coated with hot dip metalic galvalume/ zincalume coating AZ-150 or equivalent as per AS:1397 and super polyster XRW quality paint coat as per AS/ NZS2728 (Category-3) of approved colour for roofing, cladding, gutters, rainwater pipes, spouts etc. The total mass of the coating on both sides shall be 150 gms/sqm (Zinc 45%/ Aluminium 55%). The total paint coat thickness shall be 35 microns, comprising of 20 microns exterior coat of super polyster XRW on top surface and 5 micron super polyester on back surface over 5 micron primer coats on both surfaces including side and end laps. The sheets shall have wide pans with 2-3 stiffening ribs for effective water shedding and special male/ female ends with full return legs on side laps for purlins support and anti-capilary flute in side lap. The sheets shall be fixed using polymer coated hot dip galvanised hex head self drilling fasteners as per AS:3566 (Class-3) on each crest of sheets for connection with purlins and polymer coated hot dipped stitching fasteners at 300 mm c/c on all sides and end laps, etc. Approved sealing tapes shall be used on side laps and end laps of sheets and closer to be provided at the last end of sheet. The measurement shall be based on per unit of finished/ laid area. Item to include curved sheets also wherever required. The Contractor shall give minimum 10 year guarantee for the sheets against deterioration, disintegration, loss of lustre, variation in colour, etc. and leakages across laps, fasteners etc. The Contractor is to submit design and shop drawing for approval on the sheet profile, design and details before installation. The rate is nclusive of double steel scaffolding.
