SOR ITEM \"00010:Development of integral flanged shaft for FD fan installed in HGU-IV unit of Gujarat Refinery:Job scope for development of integral flanged shaft for FD fan and fitting in impeller job requirement are as follows:1. Development of integral flange solid shaft from forging of material (MOC EN-8).2. Tentative dimension as per attached annexure-1 and IOCL will provide sample shaft to successful bidder for exact dimensions on returnable basis.3. Shaft is integral flange type and to be fabricated from forging (flange arrangement shown attached drawing in annexure-2). No deviation is acceptable. The run out of shaft must be within 0.02 mm all along the length.4. Shaft sleeves are of SS at bearing areas, same shall also be manufactured and installed with the shaft.5. Rotor (impeller and shaft assembly) shall be provided by IOCL, which will be dismantled by the bidder and the same impeller shall be fitted on new shaft fabricated by the contractor. All the bolts must be as per original MOC and size. Old shaft shall be returned to IOCL.6. Dynamic balancing of complete rotor assembly shall be carry out as per latest applicable ISO balancing guidelines / standards.7. After award of work order, bidder shall submit Drawing, QAP,manufacturing and test procedure to IOCL for approval before job execution. The job shall start only after approval of the above from IOCL.8. Step wise inspection of IOCL for raw material, manufacturing process, heat treatment, impeller installation and finally balancing are to be strictly to be followed as per approval.9. Reports for PMI of shaft material, UT report of shaft, dynamic balancing of rotor assembly shall be submitted along with supply of rotor assembly.10. Guarantee for period of 6 months from date of supply at site shall be provided by the contractor for any damage during operation /workmanship & dimensions of the new shaft.11. Before submitting techno-commercial offer, bidder can visit the site and examine old rotor at HGU-IV unit of IOCL Gujarat Refinery.12. The contractor shall arrange for TO and FRO transportation of complete rotor assembly after fabrication and assembly of shaft withimpeller from site / Gujarat Refinery. To and fro transportation is in the scope of bidder and IOCL will not pay any additional charges against the same. Also bidder shall return old shaft after removal from the impeller, free of any charges to IOCL.13. IOCL shall arrange for transit insurance for transportation of rotor assembly and insurance at contractor\"s works shall be arranged by bidder.
