1Disconnecting all in coming and outgoing cables, removing the transformer from the platform / two pole structure / floor and loading it in the vehicle carefully using crane and transporting it to approved nearby workshop,carry out detailed inspection of transformer of cap mentioned below :Opening of transformer cover, draining out oil, de-tanking core and coil assembly,cleaning, washing of dust and dirt etc from all parts including core and tank, cooling tubes of radiators, re-assembling of core and winding after carring out necessary repair and replacement of defective items including providing all necessary insulation material of appropriate class , drying out in vacuumchamber till specified IR values are obtained, complete insulation varnishing to be doneand providing new gasket, nuts , bolts,and checking of leakages if any,rectifying the same by welding etc, replacement ofsilica gel and reassembling of complete transformer all as directed by Engr-in-Charge , making transformer ready for test and testing all as per IS 10028(Part-III) -1981 Table 1 to carry out the required repairs and transport back the transformer after repair to the site , install it, reconnect all the incoming and out going cables by properly crimping using suitable size oflugs and properly insulatedusing insulation tape and testing complete
2Note - (i)LT/HT side ceramic bushing, spindle for HT/LT side , rewinding,dehydration/filling of new oil etc shall be measured and paid separately in respective items from item Nos 02 to 15 .(ii) Any other items which is required to be provided for smooth functioning of transformer but not specified above shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost . The cost of the same are deemed to be included in the rates quoted. (iii)All necessary items required for cleaning of inner tank, limbs/cores are includedin the rate Quoted(iv) The inventries of all defective items to be replaced/repaired will be prepaired jointly by Engr-in Charge and contractor at the time of inspection of defective trasformer after opening at the firm"s workshop. The inventries will be signed by both Engr-in Charge and contractor before starting of repair work.(v) The transformer will be get repaire from approved manufacturer /workshop having licence for the same, The firm shall be got approval from GE.

Note:- For Runing of filtration plant supplu/DG set should be arranged by contractor and deemed to be include in quoted rate.

47M & L for Steel Tublar Pole swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, nuts, & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11 meters long) complete all as specified and directed.
48M&L for cross arms,bracings,supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts,bolts,washers welding,bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed including of one primer coat,one under coat and one finishing coat and one finishing coat of paint.complete all as specified and directed.

50Material & Labour for taking out existing serviceable HT steel tubular Two Pole Structure of 11.00 mtr long along with base plate and pole cap including 11 KV GOD and Lightening Arrestor after breaking PCC plinth block, coping including transporting the same to new location and re-erecting in PCC after excavation including refixing of existing 11 KV GOD and Lightening Arrestor on Pole with setting and testing complete including painting with one coat of aluminum paint to HT two pole structure at a distance 6.30 m from top and rest 1.2 mtr from coping level shall be painted with two coat of 20 cm wide strip with synthetic enamel paint of two distinct (Black &Red) color in alternate pattern including writing MES pole No with synthetic enamel black paint having existing letter size with the help of stencil cut for letter and figure complete all as specified and directed . (Note : Excavation/earth work, PCC in foundation/ plinth block and cable protection pipe shall be considered in quatoted rate for this item.)

52M&L for installatiom of glow sign board of various sizes consisting of following specification:-(i) Frame work for glow sign board to be made with MS square pipe of size 25x25x2.6mm cut to required size incl welding, drilling holes, bending etc and painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete.(ii) GI Sheet of 0.8 mm thickness cut to required size and fixed by welding, drilling holes, bending etc from all sides of the board except front. (iii) Acrylic sheet milky white colour 3.0mm thickness cut to required size and fixed in front.(iv) Vinyl sheet duly cut with computerised capital english letter/numbers/arrow etc and pasted using best quality adhesive.
