Bids Are invited for Supply, fabrication & installation of ACP sheet - Supply, fabrication & installation of Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) sheet of minimum 2.5 mm thickness with suitable Aluminum struture work, Stainless steel fasteners, weather proof Silicon sealant/ Silicon gasket etc. Make of ACP panel: Alcotex/ Alstrong/Alucobond/Aludecor or equivalent, Make of Silicon sealant: Dow/GP/Pidilite, Make of Aluminium channel: Jindal/ Indalium/Hindalco/Tata Note: The firm shall maintain the same quality & colour of exsiting ACP sheet structure while fixing new one. The firm shall provide extra support for the structure wherever necessary. , Supply & providing Silicon sealant - Supply & providing Silicon sealant suitable for ACP sheet joints in existing ACP sheet joints to avoid water leakage. The firm shall carry out necessary surface preparation by removing exsiting Silicon sealant/ Silicon gasket by cleaning dust particles, removing moisture etc and apply new Silicon sealant in ACP sheet joints.Make of Silicon sealant: Dow/GP/Pidilite. , Providing slope for ACP sheet structure - Providing slope for ACP sheet structure in existing ACP panel structure for avoiding water clogging. The firm shall modify existing aluminium structure with ACP sheet for providing slope for avoiding water clogging. Note: The frim shall use existing aluminium structure and ACP sheet for modification work. However if any extra items are required the firm shall provide the items based on site condition. , Arresting water leakage through glass - Arresting water leakage through glass window of size 2.4 mtr *1mtr (each) with necessary Aluminium channel, applying sealant/ gasket, SS fasteners etc. The firm shall make arrangement for permanently closing the window to avoid water leakage.
