Center Span 40’ Both side span 20’, (20’+40’+20’)=80’ GI sheet, Plain Fresh white cloth ceiling., Necessary Side kanat etc. 2 Providing and laying Synthetic color carpet Fresh - Green /Red/Grey /Camel Color–11000 Sq. ft., of approved colour by engineer-in-charge. 3 Providing VIP Cushion Sofa three seater 4 Providing VIP Cushion Chairs with cover 5 Providing plastic Chairs with white colour cover 6 Providing and supplying drinking water facility at open air theatre, registration counter, 6 departments with service waiter at open air theater, with counter tables, covers, frills etc. 7 Providing and fixing Welcome gate with flex board at academic complex entrance as per design approved by engineer-in-charge. 8 Providing and fixing flex board on main gate as per design approved by engineer-in-charge. B) Main Stage Décor 1 Providing and fixing Stage back drop decorative silk cloth with M.S. frame work 2 Providing and fixing fresh Stage Carpet of approved colour by engineer-in-charge. 3 Providing VIP Cushion Chairs with cover on stage 4 Providing stage counter table with fresh cover and frill 5 Providing decoration of natural flowers on stage 6 Providing and fixing hanging flower bouquet on side curtain 7 Providing and fixing flex board of approx. 15’x4’ on stage (Design + Printing + Fixing) as per content given by engineer-in-charge. 8 Providing Flower bouquet / saplings for delegates on the dais at the time of felicitation 9 Providing drinking water facility on stage packaged mineral water 10 Air conditioning Cooler 2 Ns. on stage. C) Light Arrangement 1 Providing stage face light on Tripod stand from both the sides PAR can + warm white metal light and necessary light effects. 2 Providing and fixing 400 W metal lights in shamiyana 3 Providing and fixing LED lights for stage decoration 4 Providing and fixing Ceiling fan in main shamiyana 5 125 KVA Diesel generator back up with diesel D) Light decoration from Main Entrance to AGC library to Tilak Hall, Admin Building (Front), Academic Complex (No.rth & East), Exam Section, Diploma Wing, PG Wing, Student Facility Centre, Saraswati Idol and in-front Humanities & Science Dept. 1 Providing and fixing border lighting for Admin Building (Front), Main Admin Building Entrance, Academic Complex (North & East), Exam Section, Diploma Wing, PG Wing, Student Facility Centre for 3 days from 7th Jan to 9th Jan 2022 as directed by engineer-in-charge. 2 Providing and fixing LED lights from Main Entrance to AGC library to Tilak Hall, Admin Building (Front), Academic Complex (North & East), Exam Section, Diploma Wing, PG Wing, Student Facility Centre, Saraswati Idol, Shri. Dhondumama Sathe statue, Tilak hall entrance and in-front Humanities & Science Dept. for 3 days from 7th Jan to 9th Jan 2022 as directed by engineer-in-charge. (Approx. 300 Nos. LED Lights) E) Sound Arrangement 1 Providing sound Arrangement in main shamiyana and stage monitor 2 with cordless mike, 2 Ns. 2-ZFR Systems, 4-VRX and 2-Base etc. F) Exhibition stalls 1 Providing prefabricated exhibition stalls of size 3m x 2m including, 1 table with cover and frill, 2 chairs with cover. One plug point, one LED light etc. 2 Providing and fixing Exhibition stalls cloth Mandap covered with two layer upper layer green color shed net below white cloth 25’x100’ including carpet, side Kanat etc. G) Mandap, Light and flower Décor at 6 Departments 1 Providing One Entry gate at Department entrance with M.S. Truss wrapping Cloth with flowers and latkans etc. 2 Providing synthetic color matting Fresh - Green /Red/Grey/Camel Color – Approx. - 1000 Sq. ft. at Department entrance. 3 Providing and fixing LED lights at important locations in department and department Entrance (approx. 10 Nos.) 4 Providing One Selfie point with flex board in each department. H) Mandap Arrangement at mess section 1 Providing box type truss Mandap covered with fresh clothes, scalp at entrance of size 15’x15’ including Carpet etc. at locations as directed by as directed by engineer-in-charge. I) Fire Extinguisher at Main Shamiyana 1 Providing fire extinguishers at open air theater
