Providing and fixing 15 mm thick false ceiling tiles at all heights with integral densified calcium silicate reinforced with fibre and natural filler false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having NRC (Noise Reduction coefficient) of 0.50 (minimum) as per IS 8225:1987, Light reflectance of 85% (minimum). Non combustible as per BS:476 (part-4), fire performance as per BS:476 (part 6 &7), humidity resistance of 100%, thermal conductivity < 0.043 W/m K as perASTM 518:1991,in true horizontal level on the existing frame work consisting of T-sections and Lsections suitably fixed according to tile size as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing roof sheetingsingle layer at all hights, 0.55 mm thick TCT colour coated fully screwless Galvalume sheets jointed to be double lock standing seam with 52mm depth & 350- 550 mm pitch or equivalent size of make \"Lioyd/Multicolour or other approved make in top including all overlap and expandable SS clip @ 1.2 M c/c to join the sheet as per manufacturers code of practics. Top/Bottom ridge, SS end flashing, E T P closure matching with profile panals and cutting the sheets as requiredincluding jointing screwless sheet using electric portable seamer atsite and liner panal using self drilling and self tapping fastneres, sealers, cost of scaffoldingwork at all hights including providing and fixing 50mm thick rockwool slab insulation ( 48 Kg/cum density) with factory made laminated aluminum facing FSK vapour barrier ( Aluminum foil) on one side on top of liner panels etc complete.
