Manning and operation of AC plants of capacity 3 x 150 TR Chiller AC Plant at 2403\"C Flt with 01Skilled Refg Mech in each shift of 08 hours in 03 shifts a day including Sunday and Holiday at AF Stn Naliya, to operate/ handle/ maintain the following plants comprising of compressors, condensers chillers, cooling tower, pipe lines, complete from chiller pump sets to all AHUs, refrigerant piping, all gauges, controls, expansion valves, filters, suction and discharge valves, butterfly valves, solenoid valves, electric motor of compressors, blowers, pump sets including bus bars, insulation to chilled water lines and chiller, main switches, indication lamps, AHU prefilters, micro filters fan coil units, pan humidifiers, strip heaters including complete cabling from panel to individual machine and routine checking of oil levels, SP, DP, OP checking leak testing electric greasing to motor and replacement of gland packing to pumps etc etc (but exclusive repairs to the plants) all as specified and directed.Note:- Manpower requires 01 Refg Mech in each shift of 08 hours, on 03 shifts a day.

Manning and operation of water supply installations, DG set at Brahmos including periodical maintenance with 01 Semi Skilled FGM in each shift of 08 hours on 03 shift a day including Sunday and holiday at AF Stn Naliya to operate/ handle/ maintain the following plants/ equipments:- (A) Water Supply installations/ RO plant with LT Panel/ starter panels.(i) Borewells with submersible pump sets 7.5 HP - 02 Nos. (ii) Monoblock pump sets 2 HP, 3 phase - 04 Nos.(iii) RO Plant of 1000 LPH capacity - 02 Nos. (iv) Control valves for distribution of water.(B) DG Sets 500 KVA - 02 Nos, AMF Panel and LT Panel etc.Note:- (i) Manpower requires 01 Semi Skilled FGM in each shift of 08 hours, on 03 shifts a day.(ii) Contractor representative will be inform to concerned JE E/M or Engr-in-charge for any fault found in DG set/AMF/LT panel)
