1 | Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) for restoration (Repairing/Replacing/fixing against of dead damaged stone) pidha of Jagamohan temple of Trilochaneswar Temple on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup &lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin- charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. |
2 | Provision for removing displaced, damaged Khandolite stone from pidha of Jagamohan manually one by one very carefully and bringing down to the ground by chain pully and stacking of fallen stones, architectural members, fragments of stones and accumulated deposits including stacking serviceable materials in work yard, and disposal of unserviceable materials away from site (lead up to 200 m). |
3 | Restoration of the damaged stone members with new khandolite stone in shape size dressing, cutting, moldingall complete fixing with epoxy mortar (5:2:1) and jointing by s.s.rod with adhesive in inner side of stone at pidha of Jagamohan. |
4 | Drilling holes of 12mm diameter up to 300mm depth and fixing nozzles for PMC Grout in the inner chambers for fill the gaps, voids, cavities, in the inner face for consolidation. |
5 | PMC Grouting with acrylic polymer emulsion added with OPC one part having polymer loading 10% with appropriate dose non shrink powder 0.05 part (Cebex) and plastic sizer 0.05 part having pressure 0.2 to 0.5 kg/sqcm. |
6 | Raking out joints of stone masonry surface to the required width and depth, with due care and precaution, by manual means, including preparing and cleaning the Surface for re-pointing/ refilling of joints, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metre lead of main Temple. |
7 | Providing flush pointing in 1:1:1 (1 lime: 1 surkhi:1 sand) including mixing, curing etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
8 | Dismantling of fallen grill with hold fast from the fallen wall with all complete and stacking within 50 metres lead of area 3 sq. metres and below with all complete. |
9 | Dismantling dressed stone work ashlar face stone work, marble work or precast concrete work in cement mortar manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. |
10 | Provision for construction of damaged boundary wall Stone work in plain ashlar in super structure Coursed rubble masonry with hard stone (first or second sort) in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level. Masonry work (first sort), in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade and top stone to be laid as coping stone provided with slopes on both sides as per specified and approved shape and pattern with All sides dressed best quality Laterite stone. |
11 | Provision for re fixing of grills after minor repairs and providing missing part of the existing grills to resist trespassers with all complete. |
12 | Removing enamel paint by scarping with sand paper &preparing the surface of M S grill over the perimeter boundary wall & Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand of manufacturer of required colour to give an even shade one or more coats an old work of MS grill over the boundary wall. |
13 | Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level b) 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) for coping of retaining wall of boundary wall. |

17 | Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I.limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required 1.00 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m² with all complete. |
18 | Supplying of 20 gauge (3ft x 4ft) GI sheet for PNB of 40 kg. (approximately) weight, fabricated with MS angle (50x50x6) mm border in all sides and with MS flat (25x6) mm back support including fixing in ground with necessary cement concrete (1:2:4) in pits, top surface shaping to proper square base complete with plaster and neat cement finish including two coats painting with a coat of primer and removing the damaged existing once (if existing) as per direction of competent authority. |
