| 1 | Running and operation of Fire Fighting & fire Alarm system in the following building and the outside complex as per the time period and description below: |
| 2 | This includes deployment of electricians/technician/pump operator/fireman/Pump-operator-cum-helper for running and operation of fire fighting and fire alarm system round the clock uptil the time period of the contract. |
| 3 | This includes the minor repairs, maintenance of fire Equipments,Operation & Testing of fire fighting and Alarm systemi.e Detectors, Sprinklers, Motor Engine, Pump, House pipe, stand post Hydrant, Sluice valves, Public address system and distribution of water supply, ring main and risers etc. complete in all respects as desred by the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 4 | This includes minor repairs, such as replacement of MCB Glasses, Panel Cards, Rubber Gasket, Bearing for motor pumps, Fuses links, Gland Dori, cleaning agents, soap, detergents, cloth & emery paper, Oil & Grease for moving parts,maintain of Log-book, etc.as amd when required. |
| 5 | R/O Fire Fighting & fire Alarm System at ellerslie buiding at hp sectt Shimla H.P for the year 2022-23.(w.e.f 1-02-2022 to 31-01-2023) complete job as above. |
| 6 | Terms & Condition :- The contractor shall have to deploy at least one no trained Electricians/Technician/Pump Operator/fireman/pump-operator-cum-helper in the shift manner for the job.The number of such shifts shall not be less than 3.00 (Three) in one day i.e 24 hours.The person shall have to be familiar about the system and equipments installed in the building.The contractor shall be fully equipped with necessary testing and safety equipments and shall follow all the safety measures strictly. |
| 7 | This contract shall cover the annual i.e 12 months maintenance,running,operationand testing of the fire fighting and fire alarm system as per the scope of the work contained in the main abstract. |
| 8 | This will alsoinclude the minor repair,such as replacement of MCP Glasses,Panel Cards,Rubber Gasket,Bearing for motor pumps,Fuses links,Gland Dory etc.as and when required. |
| 9 | Competent service engineer/technician will be required to attend break down calls as and when intimated within the least possible time butnot more then 24 hours in any case, there is no limitof break down call.The soleresponsibility shall be of the firm to keep the whole system in running condition round the clock. |
| 10 | The contractor will ensure that control system is attended/ maintained round the clock by hiscompetent staff to ensure timely actionin case of fire hazards. Any accident or damage during maintenance/operation will be the responsibility of the contractor and the Employer will not entertain any claim,compensation,and penality.on this account or on accountof non observation of any other requirement of law relevant to his work. |
| 11 | The work shall be carried out as per direction and up to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 12 | The contractor shall have to submit the detail of person employed to the department with the address/IDproof. |
| 13 | The Contractor shall have to ensure the entry of only authorized persons into the building/control room. He shall ensure the safety of all the system equipments and material in the control room. |
