Providing structural steel work in single section fixed with or without connecting plate including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as required.

Providing & fixing UV stabilised fiberglass reinforced plastic sheet roofing up to any pitch including fixing with polymer coated \"J\" or \"L\" hooks, bolts & nuts 8mm dia. G.I plain/bitumen washers complete but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses etc. The sheets shall be manufactured out of 2400 TEX panel rovigs incorporating minimum 0.3% Ultra-violet stabiliser in resin system under approximately 2400 psi and hot cured. They shall be of uniform pigmentation and thickness without airpockets and shall conform to IS 10192 and IS 12866.The sheets shall be opaque or translucent, clear or pigmented, textured or smooth as specified.i) 2mm thick corrugated (2.5\" or 4.2\" or 6\") or step-down(2\"or 3\"or 6\") as specified

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement- -All work upto plinth level: i) 1:1½:3 ( 1 Cement: 1½ fine sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering --All work upto plinth level:1:3:6 ( 1 Cement: 3 fine sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint ( one or more coats ) of required colour of approved brand and manufacture on old work to give an even shade including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing chequered terrazo tiles 22 mm thick with graded marble chips of size upto 6 mm, laid on floors, footpath & courtyard on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and polishing complete.i) Dark shade pigment using ordinary cement
